The surrounding area can feel a bit dark and somewhat unkempt, so we made sure to stay vigilant when arriving at night. However, it's reassuring to know that there are police stationed nearby. On the ground floor, there's a restaurant, which is convenient but can get busy, even late at night. Thankfully, this didn’t bother us as we were usually too exhausted from sightseeing. There is no elevator, but the rooms are located on the first floor. It would be a nice touch to have hot water available for coffee or tea, as well as a microwave, since there's no kitchenware provided. While we didn’t ask the owners about this, I’m sure they’d offer helpful recommendations or assistance if needed.

The location is fantastic! It's just a few minutes from Cornelia train station, which offers easy access to key sites like the Vatican and Spagna. Plus, there's a bus stop just steps away. The area has a great selection of restaurants, grocery stores, laundromats and shops, all within a short walk, yet it maintains a local atmosphere without the crowds. The property itself is clean, spacious and secure, with a lovely bathroom that adds a nice touch of comfort. We also appreciated the free Netflix for some relaxing downtime. The price is very reasonable, and the owner is incredibly kind and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Antonio, thank you very much for the warm welcome. He helped us get from the airport to the hotel, telling us how to get there, and met us. The room is very comfortable, there is air conditioning and a large TV. There is also a large, clean bed, it was very comfortable to sleep! Clean, close to the metro/bus stop to get to the center. The apartment faces a noisy street, but the room has good windows and you can’t hear cars, we slept peacefully. I recommend it!

Nothing in particular. There is no lift but the rooms are located on the first floor of the building so it is fine.

The room was nice, spacious enough, warm, and close to the metro station. It is 15 min (6-7 stops) by metro to Roma Termini. The staff is nice and welcoming. A nice crib for our child was provided free of charge.

Location was good, because I wanted to be close to the Shuttle Bus to the airport for an early flight on my last day. However, neighborhood was a little gritty (but hey, Rome is a big city) -- and it did have a choice of restaurants. It was one flight of stairs up (no elevator), but Lucca helped with my bag. Room got decent light, but the view wasn't great.

Room and bath was everything you need and more. The hosts didn't skimp on anything, especially electrical. Radio in shower (although I couldn't figure out how to use it LOL), 3 types of overhead lights (including a pretty cool "chandelier"), bedside lights that turn on with just a touch, blue nightlight in bathroom, excellent wifi, electric locks, and no-noise fridge. I was greeted and provided with a generous introduction by Lucca, one of the brothers. Requested and received a kettle for my room. Super close to Metro, although upon arrival by Metro, be sure to go out correct exit so you're closer to the hotel (can't remember which one it was tho).

Nothing we didn’t like. Could’ve done with a small kettle and a couple of cups for making a coffee after a long day out but there’s cafes in the vicinity.

Excellent apartment, modern, fresh, clean, comfortable, Easy electronics key access, close to all amenities, metro, bus, shops, cafe, bars and restaurants. The bathroom was immaculate and a great power shower, toilet, bidet, bed was comfortable, clean sheets and towels, new smart tv. Fresh clean decor and great windows onto street. Good location, 10 minute metro into centre of Rome or 15 mins on a bus. Great restaurants around to eat at. Mini markets close by for food and drinks/alcohol. Fridge in room to cool your drinks. Barter shops down for prices of booze too . Hosts Luca and Antonio were very nice and accommodating. Really enjoyed our stay here and definitely return in future.

The Metro Line A currently only runs until 9pm. On the other hand this was good because you can hear the trains sometimes in the Apartment. There was music from the Restaurant below until arround midnight. I wouldn't call the Apartment luxurious and there was no breakfast option so the Name ist a little bit confusing :)

Location right at the Metro Station, arround 5 minutes ride to Vatican and 12 minutes to the spanish steps. Secure parking (extra cost 15€/day) We had our own Apartment with two bedrooms, and a full kitchen (can't speak for the other room types). The Apartment is great for 4 people, too (Not only one real bed(room) and a pull-out Couch like in other Holiday Flats) We had an issue with our Car and the Host let us use his tools to fix it. We were able to Check in early and leave our Car until the evening after check Out. Thanks again!

There is nothing I did not like about this accommodation

The room in the apartment was very clean and tidy, you have every facility you need for example good WIFI, AC, very comfortable bed, clean and private bathroom, and it was ready for my arrival even before the time of check-in. I stayed only for one night because I was traveling to another place but everything went well and the host was very helpful regarding indications for arriving at the accommodation and with indications regarding my departure the next day. All the communication can be done with the host in English and we communicated on WhatsApp which made the experience far more pleasant.

If you are not a deep sleeper, you might hear people talking on the floor or knocking on each others door, even though there are only 4-5 available rooms. Might be good to have a „keep quiet“ sign during early mornings and midnight

Antonia welcomed us very friendly and answers to all our requests rapidly. The stay is next to the metro, around the corner approx. 150m. It takes about 15-20 mins with the metro to the city. The Appartement is absolutely clean and enough space for 2 people. There are supermarkets, kiosks, and restaurants close to the Appartement. Antonio even gave us some recommendations for foods when we arrived. Great hospitality!

The host can't speak english, which makes conversations a little difficult.

Location was very good. The room was pretty modern and the bed really comfortable. The host was helpful and gave us tips for good restaurants, I would stay there again anytime I visit rome.
