The beds were a bit firm for all of us, but that may be the Italian preference. The noisy door-release lock (…it really was loud 🤪) when entering or leaving the apartment meant one person couldn’t quietly go out (ie early morning) without disturbing the others. The bathroom extractor fan whistled loudly, too, which was annoying if used at night. But these are details in an otherwise excellent stay.

The location. The apartment had a beautiful view looking out on the lake; the well-maintained garden was right on the water’s edge with private access; and the town was an easy and very pleasant 5-minute stroll from the property.

The location within Salo was amazing and waking up with that view every morning was incredible. Actually having direct access to the lake with a beautiful Private garden was a huge plus. Also the property was very well equipped and beautifully maintained.

Absolutely nothing!

This apartment is absolutely everything you could wish for a stay in Lake Garda. Spacious and clean with fantastic views across the lake. Great base for accessing other towns on the lake by car or public transport (we mainly left our car parked and used buses and ferries). Or there’s a lovely garden/small private beach with direct access into the lake for those chill days. We were very grateful for the air-conditioning in this current 30+deg heatwave! Excellent communication from the host throughout, with quick response to any issues or questions. Thank you Selene for a wonderful holiday.

Sometimes Internet connection was not that great.

I loved the place. Everything was thoughtfully done. Beginning with facilities and information, ending with small pleasant things. I enjoyed the possibility every moment that I wanted to go to swim almost always privately. I loved Salò. It has such a great vibe, nice promenade, nice shops, restaurants, architecture, but not that touristic-loved that all people come here. So you can enjoy the town without fighting your way through the crowd. And communication with Selene was great too. Thank you for having us at your lovely place. Olena and family.

An amazing top floor apartment with stunning views across Lake Garda. There is a beautiful garden which is shared with the three other apartments but large enough for everyone. The garden is right next to the lake, and fish swim next to the garden. The apartment has modern facilities and is very well organised. The owners have produced an extremely helpful directory, both in print and online, which is great. There is free parking along the road, or a private space can be reserved in the car park opposite. Finally, Salò is a lovely town with plenty of places to eat and drink, and only a few minutes walk from the apartment. I’ve never had so much to say about any property we’ve stayed in before. Love this place.

Nothing my side, we had a lovely stay!

This place is phenomenal! You have your own private bit of the lake and plenty of room outside to enjoy the sun and have a few drinks. It is a really safe, peaceful and relaxing environment for a couple or a family and you truly feel you are at your own private part of lake garda. The property itself is beautiful, really luxurious, clean, spacious and has all the amenities you could ever need during your stay. The hot tub is a brilliant addition and really makes for a unique stay that you wont get anywhere else! Supermarket and restaurants are a 15/20 minute walk away. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels/robes etc. Communication is also excellent and they are there to support you whatever you need. I left my sunglasses in the apartment at the end and they were posted back to me free of charge which was a really wonderful gesture. Highly recommend this place.
