It was a bit loud. The door and window spacing brought in all noise from the street and neighbors going in and out of the rooms. It would be nice if rugs were in the hallways or the rooms to block out some of the sounds.

The apartment is right along the river, in easy walking distance to the best Florentine food and near the Michaelangelo plaza. The breakfast cafe is right next to the Duomo. The location is perfect for coming into Florence.

Great location, but it’s not a hotel it’s just rooms in an apartment building so I didn’t expect that. The host is very nice though and check in was easy.

It’s in a shared building … someone met us at the property at 3pm. There is no reception bit like an Airbnb. We arrived at 1pm so had to sit in a restaurant with our luggage. We were given an option to drop bags across another part of the city. But we didn’t really know the area so stopped in the restaurant and had to wait. The bathroom was small with a square shower cubicle which was very tiny to move around in. I reported the hairdryer in the bathroom not working on the day of arrival via the advised way ie WhatsApp. Which I chased a few days later. I didn’t receive any reply. We found a second hairdryer at the back of a bedside unit on our last day. There was a lack of pillows so had to use some from a chair to bolster the single pillow on the bed. Instant Tea, coffee. Sugar and water not replenished after use on first day. No milk so we had to buy some from the supper market. The breakfast was good but not in the area. Had to walk for about 15/20 mins to get there. But it was worth it to be honest. The day of departure building work started early morning with grinders drills etc replacing doorbell system. The noise was awful. It was such a shame as the location was perfect not in the direct centre but within easy reach.

Good location across the river from all the main tourist points. Breakfast was a 15 min walk into the centre but really nice.

The bed was not very cozy. It was very loud inside from the street, all night long. Maybe put earplugs and a bottle of water on the bedside.

Nothing really. The bathroom is small, but you don't spend long in there! And the street could be noisy but as it's the middle of a city we didn't expect anything different. It was fabulous.

A lovely room, close to the centre of things, so we could walk everywhere. It was clean and fresh and had a view of the river. Contact was good and Diego was there when we arrived. He helped with more pillows and a list of good restaurants. The one we tried (Hosteria da Fulvio) was excellent. There was nothing not to like.

On the booking viewing it said airport shuttle as part of the service it was not the case very costly and time consuming to get from airport to accommodation also breakfast was not on site not informed before booking which would have been a factor it was misleading and not clear enough because of not getting accurate information I will certainly think twice about using booking. com in the future would love to see this on your reviews so others can make decisions on what really is the case

The location is very noisy day and night, despite being a handy location. Steps to get into shower are dangerous. Shower door fell off at one point, luckily we could fix it.

Only supplied one pillow and we like 2. Air con was rather hit and Miss actually started working without any lights coming on when it was switched off bit odd.

Noise from the street and from the front door to the apartment - all require better isolation. Additional trash box and one power outlet required. Parking is very expensive - 39 euro/24 hours.

LunArt is in the perfect location for sightseeing and discovering Florence. The room was a little small but clean and comfortable. Diego was very accommodating and attentive. However, the breakfast was not on-site, and there was no airport shuttle. We had to take a taxi, which cost us almost 40 Euros.
