Some areas in the bathroom were a little dusty, and the kettle was filled with a lot of limescale which unfortunately came out along with the boiled water when we used it. The process to get clean linen and towels was a little bit confusing, and we had to put it on ourselves. We stayed 8 nights which the host did say was 'unusual', but this process could have been better. The bedroom is quite dark and there's not a lot of natural light. These are old buildings centred around a courtyard, so darker spaces are to be expected. I haven't 'marked down' for this, it's just something for other guests to note! The wardrobe space was very small for 2 guests, it was just a very small rail and no shelves or drawers. We had to put our clothes in piles on the sofa. The room description said 'outdoor terrace' which was important to us when booking, but unfortunately when we arrived there wasn't one for our room. In the end we didn't spend a great deal of time in the room so this was fine, but something to note.

It was very easy to get in and out of the property, and the hosts were lovely. Very attentive messaging us before the stay, while we were at the airport, and they personally met us when we arrived. It was easy to find and in a great location, close to the square and lots of bars/shops/cafes. There was parking available for our rented scooter which was excellent. The inside space on the whole was clean and well appointed. There were some complimentary drinks and snacks included which was a very nice touch. The fridge is a great addition for the bottles and bottles of water we went through. And, most importantly for the southern Italian summer, the air conditioning is very powerful. At times we were even too cold! Which was great. The shower was also very good and the bathroom was a good size. The bed was very comfortable. One morning we did wake up to some noise from above us, but it was the best kind of noise - the upstairs neighbours were playing the piano. It was beautiful!

It was great. Staff was very responsive and helpful. The room was great and clean and had a lot of unexpected amenities. We were greeted with drinks and snacks and our room had a little patio out front which was nice.

Staff was great, good communication prior to our stay on WhatsApp made things smooth. There was a train strike on the day of check out (also pouring rain) but they were kind enough to leave our wet things in the room for very long time.

The property was spacious and had a washer. However we communicated to the property that the bed was sagging like it was broken on arrival and the hair dryer didn’t work. The property then sent a message saying we needed to pay for a broken bed which was like this when we arrived. This is an absurd request when we informed them it was like this when we arrived.

Andrea the host that welcomed us to the property was amazing!!! She let us check in early so we didn’t have to carry our bags, offered dinner recommendations and help with a taxi on our return she deserves 10/10 stars. However the floors were not cleaned well the shower and toilet had a horrible odor and the location was very inconvenient to city center of Sorrento. The bed was sagging/ broken on arrival, the hair dryer also didn’t work.

I cant say there is something i didnt like. If i had to point out something is that the rooms of other guests are incredibly near. Only a door separated us. They were noisy and kept me awake till midnight. Not ideal as i had to wake up at 2am for an early flight. One suggestion ... More milk tubs next time pls 😁

Location was great. Communication before was really good. We had the host waiting for us. Room was a combined kitchen / living with a bedroom. Very tasteful decor and everything you need is there.

The room was great, cold bottles of water ready for when you arrive in the fridge, lovely breakfast items, great air con and nice and clean! Staff were very tentative and friendly. Very close to the train station and the room was situated in a safe area.

Nothing. Guests just need to pay attention to train times to Sorrento as walk is not very pleasant (small sidewalk with lots of cars and scooters passing at full speed).

Very comfortable apartment. Host was very friendly and had no problem with us checking in early which came in very handy. Also very close to the train station which takes you straight to Sorrento (or around 20 min walking to Sorrento). There are also restaurants nearby which we found cheaper and less touristy than is Sorrento. We spent 3 nights here and then 2 more in Amalfi, but regretting not staying the whole time in here.

This property is lovely on the inside. It had all we needed! We had a great time, the cost was reasonable and at the end of the day had a good rest in a quiet accommodation. The town Sant'Agnello is very close to Sorrento by taking a local bus. There are also options to visit Positano/Amalfi/Ravello by bus or ferry from Sorrento.

It was very shaded all day in the shared courtyard area so nowhere to sit and enjoy the beautiful sunshine. The walls were extremely thin - we could hear our neighbours and they us I guess.

The room was really nicely presented and had good facilities. Our host provided a nice welcome pack tea,coffee, croissants etc and communicated well with us before and during our stay. The bed was luxurious after busy days sightseeing.

I thought the court yard let it down i think either a bit of tidying up and some flower pots we may of used it more..also if there was a leaflet in the room to explain about keys on leaving to stop any confusion. Even with this we would definitely return

No plates. No area to wash any utensils used except the sink! A single coffee cup. There is a very high window which let's mosquitos in, which hosts should perhaps keep shut since we couldn't reach it even with a stick we found in the property.
