I can’t say enough about this hotel. Grounds were beautiful, staff was amazing; the room was clean, spacious and had an incredible view of the mountains, church, and valley. The Turkish bath was a special treat that we enjoyed after hiking. Dinner and breakfast were also top shelf! Thank you to Mario and son for such professional and thoughtful service.

Everything was perfect!

This was the best hotel experience we have ever had! Mario and his sons Giacomo and Eduardo greeted and served us with warmth, excellence and attention to detail! The hotel is beautiful - the breakfast (included) and dinners were outstanding and unique and the location is perfect for experiencing all that the Dolomites offer in natural beauty, Italian culture and charm - bravissimo!

The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Service was excellent. Breakfast was very good, including made to order eggs. We were on the top floor with skylights that opened to see the stars and allow a nice breeze in. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

Only critique is that the beds are firm and pillows are too firm for my needs. Giacomo was a huge help and so kind. Breakfast is amazing and sitting on the veranda and reading while having afternoon tea was a special treat

We loved our stay at Hotel Luis. The hotel was lovely in itself and the staff were so friendly and so helpful. They take a lot of pride in service and go above and beyond. It felt like family. Oh breakfast was fantastic!

the fact the rooms have no ac but we requested a fan and it was immidiately dleivered to our room.

Nothing! Breakfast didn't include any vegetables, but the staff provided as soon as we asked for, and so the day after without us even asking for them. Great service!

Beautiful and charming hotel, located in a very convenient spot by the main road and the center of town, with view of the mountains peaks while sitting in the garden. The staff is amazing: very friendy and warm. Excellent service provided at all times. The food at the restaurant is great as well and at a very reasonable price for the high quality served. We tried dinner once and we were blown away.

A family business. We met the father and two sons. Not sure if other members participated but the three we dealt with were such wonderful hosts. Yes they have other staff but to see the effort and care they put forth was amazing!

The hotel is beautiful. Everything was perfect. The hosts were welcoming, professional and very helpful. The owner gave us great advice about which areas to visit and we were very pleased we listened to him, instead of going to the place we had initially planned to see.

The owners did a remarkable job restoring an old villa into a wonderful hotel! Two or three blocks from the center of town, quiet location. Giacomo and his brother could not have be more hospitable and friendly.

The mattress in our room was old and had divots from many previous guests. The bedspread was polyester, old, and unpleasant to sleep under. There was a very bright light outside the room and flimsy curtains so the room was bright as we went to bed. They did go off at some point in the night. The manager seemed grumpy at checkin and checkout. Maybe just a language barrier. The rest of the staff were superb.

It’s a fun old building with funky decor next to an ancient church. Beautiful views up and down the valley. The room that we got was large and had a balcony. The place was clean. I did not check out the pool. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations.
