Sometimes the wifi needed some support, but works at the end.

The end of april is a good time to go to this area and the hotel is in first row with a quiet and fine ambience. The staff, no matter if reception or service during breakfast was gentle and helpful in all matters. Breakfast was divers, fresh and well prepared every morning. Even with a dog it felt allways confortable. For me an exceptional Price Level for what is offered.

There is a lady at the frontdesk I don't believe loves to work with costumers. She is able to argue only to have reason. When I loose my last reservation agreed, I told her that there was a room available in booking(even though I was leaving the Hotel). She told me "No". I said, I have a screenshot of booking with the room available. She told me "I cannot see the hour or date of your screenshot, could be from another day 🤣).I just showed her the date and hour. Then I left.

Very nice hotel with friendly stuff. Room with a balcony and amazing see view. We were in April, so there was not a lot of people on the beach and promenade. Pretty good breakfast, especially for those who like sweet one.

Adequate rooms for a couple, with at most small children in tow, but really very compact in case of 3 or 4 adults. Nevertheless, I can only suggest the hotel which really has adequate services, excellent cleaning, and a really good internal restaurant with really polite and kind staff.

Proximity to the sea, facing a view as far as the eye can see. From the balcony the eye ranges from the 5 lands in the distance to the entire Versilia coast.

The space around the bed was tight but an ok hotel other than that The breakfast was a bit limited and if you were later they usually had run out of cheese and meat ! Also the check out is early would have liked it to be 11 or 12 ideally

They told us that the water from the tap it’s not drinkable, so I think charging 3 euros a bottle it’s quite expensive.

Great welcome at the reception ( Ilaria was very nice and professional), the room was prepared perfectly and even a little earlier, TNKS! Breakfast was ok, staff was good.

It is written, that in room are Hardwood or parquet floors, but there isn´t. In bathroom were broken door opening. In room is not enough sockets. It´s written that socket is near the bed, but when you want to use the socket it´s necessary to take of the lamp which is on the bedside.
