It was beautiful and comfortable. I will definitely would love to come back. The room was very big and we felt like royals! It was a last floor so if you have heavy luggage get ready to go up and down.

There is nothing I can say that I disliked about the place.

The place was beautiful and the two rooms were really big. Each one had its own bathroom. The kitchen was a little small but for our visit it was ok for us.

Room was on the fourth floor for US standards. Designated ad third floor in Italy. No elevator but we managed fine. Tommaso took our luggage up on arrival and down for us on departure day.

Breakfast not included. Location was absolutely awesome. Steps from the Arena and shopping snd restaurants. Tommaso and Alessandro were awesome. Available at any time for assistente. Abive snd beyond.

There wasn't a single thing that we disliked! As Brits, we love our cups of tea in the morning, so a few more teabags and milk would have been nice, but honestly, that's being a bit picky 😉 We loved being on the top floor and walking up that lovely staircase, to get in some extra steps and excercise. Those with reduced mobility might find that a tad challenging,as there's no lift.

A warm and friendly welcome by Alessandro, who greeted us at the accommodation. Great information provided about places to eat and drink. He was so helpful, and spoke excellent English. The accommodation was delightful - absolutely charming... and yes, simply elegant!! For us, it was a magical place where we felt right at home in this beautiful city. Fantastic location, in the old quarter, a minute's walk to the Arena! Hope to return one day.

It was on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. Not a problem as we knew this already. Just make sure you are physically fit able to walk up and carry your suitcases.

The location is fantastic, and our host was very helpful. He gave us lists of nearby recommended restaurants and bars, where locals would go, to avoid the main tourist areas.

The room is not permanently air-conditionned and has only a side apparatus which is stopped when you leave the room. The room we had a a door to an other room next to it where noice passed.

We stayed at the property for two nights in a room on the top floor. The room was huge! Clean, comfy bed, extra pillows if needed. The location was amazing - literally 1 minute walk from the Arena! Communication with the hosts was excellent, they helped us to arrange a taxi before we got there for a vineyard trip we had planned. Would definitely stay again!

Check out is at 10h and you cannot leave luggage at the premise but there is a locker 50 m from the place for 2.50 per hour. The written communication was solely in Italian. We had a slightly broken showerhead, which the owner said they will fix. They wanted to charge us for extra sheet but did not because of the shower complaint.
