A beautiful room, newly renovated with a high quality fit out, very well appointed. Fantastic location close to central train station and a vast selection of restaurants. The host, Keta, was very welcoming and helpful with useful information. I chose this accommodation based on its high score, location and excellent reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed! I would highly recommend this accommodation.

The hotel is very centrally located, very close to the train station, markets, and restaurants. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. Keta took excellent care of us. If I ever come to La Spezia again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Lovely rooms were nicely decorated, situated right near the train station which was great for us as we got the train multiple times a day for Cinque Terre. Great hairdryer, included were tea’s/ coffee’s and a fridge. They also provided shampoo, shower gel etc. Room was cleaned daily to our surprise, the bed was made and we were topped up. Host was lovely, informed us on places to go etc. would definitely recommend this place to stay if you are visiting Cinque Terre!

Lovely rooms it was a great surprise. The building is a pure charm, with the best location of La Spezia, only 5 minutes walking from train station. My balcony was the only thing I didn’t have a view. I love a balcony to sit and watch the world go by but to be honest I wasn’t in the room much as I was always exploring.

Loved the decor and how clean the room was the host Keta was so kind and knowledgeable nothing was too much trouble. She even sent me some great recommendations for restaurants and cafes. The property was close to everything perfect location.

The location is excellent, just 3 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale train station, the building is on a plaza beside the main pedestrian street. The room was beautiful and comfortable, Keta is extremely helpful and we highly recommend this experience on your visit to La Spezia.

I would just warn travelers by car to park at La Spezia station and walk to the property. Avoid driving directly to this location because it is in a ZTL - pedestrian only zone and will get you fined. I wish we knew that ahead of time.

Keta is such a welcoming host. Communication was very efficient and she provided clear instructions for check in. The room is very elegant modern and comfortable. Everything was perfect and we felt at home.

The only small downsize could be the balcony situated in an interior small courtyard. Not very pleasant. But not a real problem and the room itself makes it wortwhile!!!

The apartment has a very, very special, modern and quality design! Located in a little square at the beginning of the pedestrian zone and extremely close to the railway station. The atention of Keta, the lady owner is another plus of the apartment! Extremely clean! Felt special and pampered! Thank you Keta!

The location is amazing, just a few minutes of walk from La spazia Central rail station, the rooms itself are tidy and clean and the host was very communicating and helpful, even gave us opportunity to check in earlier than usual also gave us advices for attractions and restaurants. There's a public underground parking very close by (4 minutes walk)

Lovely Rooms was the PERFECT place for us! It was a super easy walk from the train station, even with luggage. We had the cutest balcony, perfect for relaxing with a bottle of wine at the end of the day. TONS of restaurants in easy walking distance. It was truly the IDEAL location for exploring La Spezia and catching the train to and from all the lovely towns in Cinque Terre! If you are doing Cinque Terre like we did, STAY HERE!! It is WAY easier logistically - SO MANY STAIRS in Cinque Terre towns, and all of the restaurants there close early!! La Spezia is like the 6th town, but much better train schedule and access to what you will want in the evening! Great communication with host - truly a perfect stay!!

Absolutely everything really. Bit more n particular, how the host, Keta, was so very helpful and available at any hour to help us with anything. Additionally, to have such a high standard of service regarding the room being made up (a completely stealth service that occurred no matter when we decided to leave the room each day) The central location of the property and the mere 5 minute walk from the train station but at the same time it was absolutely peaceful.
