My wife and I wanted to have a seaside holiday, hopping around beautiful beaces near Genova. We didn’t wanna spend too much on a fancy hotel. Lovely Homes was perfect for us. Very clean rooms, everyhing we need to get cleaned up and rest in the evening. There were even toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bathroom. More importantly, free parking for your car. They have a clean shared kitchen with an espresso machine too. I would stay here again If I ever visit Genova in the future.

The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Great location—easy to reach from the airport by train or bus. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, with restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We especially appreciated the private parking spot, which is a big plus in Genova where parking can be difficult. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lovely Homes, and I can't recommend it highly enough! Manuel was an outstanding host—he greeted us with a thoughtful welcome gift and made sure our check-in process was smooth and stress-free. His communication was prompt and friendly, and he was always ready to assist with any questions we had. The room itself was immaculate, smelled wonderful, and was equipped with everything you could possibly wish for. The attention to detail was truly impressive. The location is perfect, just a short stroll from the sea with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner nearby. There’s even a fantastic ice cream spot just around the corner! Whether you’re a couple or a family, this is an ideal place to stay in Genoa. I would absolutely return if I'm ever back in the area. You have to book it to believe it—this was hands down the best experience I've had so far, and I’ll be recommending it to all my friends and family. A perfect 10/10 experience with nothing negative to say!

Hard to find something to mention. If I have to, I would say few bigger cups would be nice to have a nice chug of tea. But other than that really nothing to spot.

The room was well equipped. It was large in size, both the bedroom and the bathroom. It was very well equipped with all toiletries and comfort items. Kitchen also had all goodies and very good quality coffee and a nice tea selection. Host was very comforting upon arrival.

We had a fantastic two-night stay at this Airbnb. The hosts were absolutely wonderful, and we're still grateful for their assistance during our stay. The accommodation itself was impeccable—spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. Plus, their nearby pizzeria was a delightful bonus; we thoroughly enjoyed our meals there. Lovely homes has 3 super nice and comfortable rooms. It is situated in an old building that is being restored. The owner and his personnel went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. With a large bucket of “the best icecream in Genua” as extra treat. Very nice. We felt really welcome after a long day of traveling. Owner even helped us find a place to charge our electric car and helped figuring out how to plug in the cables.

The room had all the amenities one can possibly imagine. It was very well cleaned and tidy. The host Manuel was very gentle, very responsive and always ready to help. They also have a very good and economical restaurant near by which is a perfect place to have dinner. कमरे में वे सभी सुविधाएँ थीं जिनकी कोई कल्पना भी कर सकता है। यह बहुत अच्छे से साफ़ सुथरा था। मेज़बान मैनुएल बहुत सौम्य, बहुत संवेदनशील और मदद के लिए हमेशा तैयार था। उनके पास पास में एक बहुत अच्छा और किफायती रेस्तरां भी है जो रात के खाने के लिए एक आदर्श स्थान है।

Everthing was great

Hotel owner Manuel is great person, very helpful and he takes cares of everything pricesely, in case of need of anything, he sorts out immediately. He has also very nice pizza restaurant, you should definitely eat there too. Especially traditional thing, Farinata 😍. There is also a kitchen you can cook there, organize breakfast etc. Market is just 100-150 mt away. You can stay at this place as your own home comfort:)

The soundproofing is really bad. We could hear the guests in the room next to us easily; they woke us up very early in the morning. There was a boiler in a room next to us that kept making weird sounds. The room has a moldy smell covered by the air freshener. The room was clean and you had everything you needed in the bathroom (toothbrush, shower gel, hair dryer and straightener).

A good deal for Genoa, the owner was very kind and the instructions to get there were extremely clear. The bed was comfortable and the building was interesting. Good common room with kitchen
