Amazing accommodation in the center of Rome, just 15 minutes walk to St. Peter's Square and shops within 10 minutes. Accommodation new, clean, with air conditioning, fragrant. Friendly owner, everything without problems, kitchen equipped. I recommend.

The thing I didn’t like the most was like you can hear all the time when the room beside you turns the tap on.

The apartment is very well located. Very accessible as everything works through your phone. The room itself is amazing, very clean and comfortable. All the small details are great (Water, sweets, coffee). The toilet was spotless and the bed very comfortable. I highly recommend the apartment.

The apartment's location was ideal, nearby to Vatican city, and to metro stasion (10 minutes by feet). The room met perfectly with our needs for a three-night stay. Clean, comfortable, equipped with the necessary stuff and a private bathroom. Although the kitchen and living room were shared spaces as soon as you entered the apartment, they were both spacious and well-maintained. The host was really helpful and kind, immediately responding to our requests without the need to be there, as everything could be done remotely if you had a mobile phone.

It would be good to have hot plate or gas to cook a light meal in the kitchen, incase the guest is staying longer. Everything else is excellent.

the flats are beautiful and have everything you'd need. they were very clean and everything is done online so it was very convenient finding the room and opening the doors. the hotel is in a residential area so it's close to local restaurants, bars and supermarketa but also a very short walk or metro ride to the center. I would definitely return back for my next trip to Rome.

Shared kithchen space and corridors - so if neighbours in next room would be late & loud you would hear them. No sharp/big knives in the ktichen.

Good location, very calm room looking toward inner yard, big bathroom, great matress, king size bed, variety of pillows. All clean and newly renovated. Great choice for couple. No need for keys - all doors open with your phone. Coffee machine in the kitchen, fridge, cuttleries for a quick breakfast or snack. Big balcony. Good location away from crowds but close to Vatican, good public transport connectivity. Big local market nearby.

Maybe the fact that the living room and the kitchen are common to the 4 rooms of the apartment, but it is not an inconvenience.

Good location, in the Vatican area, close to the metro and several bus stops. Very kind host, attentive to all aspects. The property is very clean. You have at your disposal espresso, teas, sweets and small salty things. Microwave oven, kettle and kitchen equipped with crockery. The rooms have everything you need. Recommend

Comfortable, clean and nice room with balcony in safe area. Everything was tidy, new and clean. The best part - there is a coffee machine with capsules in the kitchen, so you can enjoy your morning coffee at home.

I did a last minute booking and the host was very reactive and contacted me immediately. He was waiting for me when I arrived. The room was very comfortable and functional, with complementary water and snacks. The shared living room was practical, I had a peaceful breakfast the next morning. Everything is brand new and clean. I can recommend this place 100%!

Small elevator but otherwise very clean and functional and close to the Vatican, St Peter’s and the Prati neighborhood with tons of restaurants. We found the best pizza place just one block away!

The host was very patient, caring, kind, and most importantly, available on Whatsapp very late at night when I first arrived. In the room was bottled drinking water, tea, kettle, clean bed linen and towels, equipped bathroom, hot water, TV, air condition. A coffee machine, free coffee and refrigerator are available in the shared kitchen. During the stay, the host also personally came to visit and was available at Whatsapp for any help I needed during my stay. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood and 900 m from the Vatican Museums. Near the apartment there are many different bistros, places for breakfast, one supermarket open on Sundays until 10 pm. Metro (Cipro) is 10 minutes away from the apartment.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's a beautiful, new and clean place in a great location, close to the metro and basically in the centre of Rome, yet quiet and calm. It was great staying there. The owner was helpful and all the check-in went smoothly. Perfect for shorter and longer stays. The whole area was super clean, and the room was very nice, decorated with lovely photos of Rome. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, nice kitchen area and fast wifi - definitely to come back!
