We had communicated with the property manager in advance regarding our slightly late check-in and received his approval. However, when we arrived at 9 PM, the front door was locked and we were left standing on the street. Despite calling him several times, he never answered or responded. We were forced to wait outside for quite a while until another guest happened to return and let us into the building. Once inside, we continued trying to reach the manager, but again, no response. Eventually, someone else appeared and handed us the room key. As for the “breakfast,” it was extremely disappointing — just a few cookies in a jar, some biscuits, some other bits and pieces, tea bags, and coffee capsules. No bread, no milk, nothing substantial at all.

It's clean (that's awsome), the staff is nice, and it is well located. The quality-price relation is very good. However, the electronic lock for the door and the shared bathroom might be noisy during the night. For the rest, good place stay.

Finding the B&B was very difficult, as there was no indication of the floor or apartment. Our cell phone didn't work when we arrived in Italy, we had to buy a SIM card beforehand, so getting to the place by calling the owner was complicated

The breakfast had 90% sweet choices (very good but only the cereal wasn't sweet). I am guessing that because the breakfast is not served by someone (not supervised) there aren't sandwiches or something like that for health reasons, but even some prepacked sandwiches would be nice.

Great location, the host was very nice, and easy to communicate with him. I told him what time I would be there for the check-in and he was waiting for me and gave me a tour with the instructions and everything. The bathrooms were very clean.

The breakfast is def not something you should count on as much as it could help as a first something to eat but everything is just snacks store bought and not really tasting like anything. However it's fine because food in Milan is quite affordable and you can grab something for yourself and just take coffee or tea from the home.

The location is great, there's a metro station nearby that can take you anywhere it's called Lotto. There's also a parking nearby (free) in case you have a rental or your car. The rooms are quite big, and the beds are kind of comfy. There's an elevator although very small, but you will only need it for your luggage because the place itself is not too far. Very easy check in the owner is super nice and helpful even when i arrived late he assisted me by whatsapp.

The only thing was that we didn’t have a private bathroom although the it was written in the website that we have one. But that was not a big deal as well.

The check-in process, most obviously. We had to use our roaming data to call the owner to let us in. There was no point ringing the bell as nobody was there.

We got the whole apartment to ourselves when we were there. Food, as in bread, snacks, coffee, and tea, were provided all day. Room and toilet were clean with amenities provided.

It showed signs of needing some care and maintenance, for example there was only one chair on our balcony and that was broken. The breakfast was minimal with nothing fresh available and we were allowed only one coffee each.

This place was ideal for attending a music gig at the ippodromo as it was just 8 minutes walk from the entrance. The owner was friendly and helpful over the phone when we arrived and needed to know how to get in. The bed was very comfortable and there was air-conditioning in the room.

Air conditioner was out of order. Room had mosquitos. One of the window blinds was also broken. These things should have been repaired before allotting room to a guest who is here for just one night.

Perfect location for work. The building was clean. The apt was clean, bathroom too, the host was punctual. No problems, no complaints at all. The kitchen was spacious and well equipped. Entry and key return system, fine.

Getting access to the property was a little complicated and needed contact to be made via telephone with the host. No hot water in shower in the am.

Property in good location for San siro stadium. Close to sagasta metro stop. Room was basic but fine. Good living area and kitchen accessible with snacks throughout the stay.
