I would NOT say anything was wrong with the apartment. However, if you're traveling June through August, the split system does not provide enough A/C to be comfortable to cool any other room but main living room. So, renting to have space for six would mean your on top of each other to keep barely cool. If that is important to you, you are better off with the hotel.

The location of the apartment given to us was fantastic. The apartment given to us had comfortable beds, hot water and was very clean. Kitchen was modern.

Excellent location, you can do pretty much anything on foot. The apartment has a nice terrace with great views, is reasonably spacious and has a well equipped kitchen (if you’re not planning to cook full meals).

The neighbourhood was fantastic. It was close to so many of the big sites but also the quieter streets of Cannaregio. The rooftop views were beautiful

Air conditioner was not working well at all The outside temp Venice reached 33 degrees C and the appartment would not cool less than 29 degrees C We were not able to use the upstairs bedroom Water pressure was low, but this is expected in Italy

Some very minor things, there wasn't a plastic chopping board to cut meat. The stove isn't particularly powerful. In Venice, you have to recycle, so separate bins with the correct size bin bags would have been very helpful.

The apartment was clean and very spacious. The location is perfect and right next to the boat taxi stop, there are some busy streets nearby but just around the corner there are some beautiful quiet squares. The venician terrace is outstanding. I loved the views, I could see the whole of Venice. The host was very accommodating and helpful.

We struggled with opening the door. There’s a knack but the owners need to rectify.

Great location, minutes away from the Train station and Bus stations. It was very quiet and only a couple of minutes walk to the Canal Grande and bars and restaurants. There’s a Spar nearby. The apartment is in a block on the 3rd floor (lift or stairs), we loved it, 2 fabulous bath/shower rooms and everything you’d need if you’re going to cook. Lovely soft towels, plenty of hot water.

The property electrical system in the kitchen could not handle multiple loads. You could not have the stove and kettle on at the same time and the oven didn’t work as well whilst we were there. Also the couches need to be upgraded. Very uncomfortable.

The location is convenient. Close to the train and bus terminals. Highly recommended so you don’t have to carry luggage on foot for a far distance.

very hard to find … I asked three times for a location pin but failed to get it ..it took us 45 minutes to find the actual apartment even though we were close to it … once we got there we loaded a location pin onto our group WhatsApp and no issues from then on … I would suggest the owners send a location pin in future … also after booking the apartment I asked for the link to the apartment to look at the facilities but again failed to get it … and this is a multi apartment site ..but we enjoyed our stay ..

We had an amazing time at the apartment! The location was unbeatable, allowing us to easily explore the area, and the apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, making it feel like a home away from home. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. The host was amazing and helpful!

We booked this accommodation because it came with AC, however, it did not work at all. Two fans were provided after the first night however it was not enough in the crazy summer heat. It was very uncomfortable to be in the apartment. It also smelled poorly of stale cigarettes which clung to your clothes and immediately noticeable as soon as you walked into the apartment. Finally, which was the most disappointing thing, we were charged a cleaning fee which was very expensive but the apartment was not exactly clean. Bedspreads and couch covers were old and stained, one of the beds was not even made up for us, tons of dust on top of wardrobes and in bed corners. We even had to remove the trash ourselves which as very annoying as it all had to be separated and with three people over four days it did tend to build up. The last thing we want to worry about is what day we need to dump plastic, cans or food waste. Begs me to ask what exactly I was paying a cleaning fee for?! Wouldnt not stay here again for these reasons despite the location.

The location was great, easy to get to by boat or train from the airport. Close to restaurants but also down walkway that was safe and quiet to stay.
