The location is a bit far from the main attractions. The lounge should provide some cups, and it would be helpful to clearly inform guests about the use of the refrigerator or other amenities.

The space is not large, but the room is well maintained. The host is very organized in welcoming guests. The lounge area is excellent - a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and gather your thoughts. The room is clean and tidy

The location was absolutely perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful Venice. The hotel is very authentic with an easy access and was very easy to locate, rooms were clean and neat, with cool interiors and a great outdoor terrance. The staff were so helpful and nice and gave us great ideas for restaurants and sightseeing. Highly recommend this accommodation - 10/10!

Wonderful family run small hotel with exceptionally helpful staff. Confortable bed, very clean and well maintained. Tea, coffee, buns and biscuits available all day long! Very pleasant room overlooking small canal along which passes a few gondolas. Very quiet even though in a lively area. Perfectly located. Easy to get to Pizzale Roma or Train station either by vaporetto or on foot (15 minutes). Highly recommend staying here!

The only thing that can be improved are the pillows. For us they were too thin. But it depends on your personal "pillows preferences"))

We were super happy with our stay. First of all, the place is very clean and the room is quite big. But the thing that really impressed us, were the small details. For example, access to free tea, coffee and cookies, a terrace on the roof, perfect recommendations about restaurants and bars, the availability of the lockers after check out. All this made our stay very comfortable. And we loved this part of Venice that is not so crowded.

Breakfast provided at outside cafe .May not suit everyone.But opportunity to mix with locals as they met for coffee and chat on way to work etc.Coffee and small eats provided on site .

Lovely location in Dorsoduro .Authentic cosy canal-side establishment near to but not on main tourist trail . Warm and clean.Very kind and helpful owner . Lots of information provided for making the most of our stay . Many excellent eateries of all price ranges nearby .Opportunity to interact more with locals than tourists .

Location is in a nice quiet area. The property is small, simple comfortable and clean, with very friendly, helpful and accommodating owners and staff. It is a good value for the money. A stay here, while a moderate walk to St Mark’s Square (20-25 min.), makes one feel more like a local, being in a residential less touristed area. Communication with the property was excellent. Highly recommended.

Bed is OK. But could use a mattress topper it's a bit on the hard side . Not horrible though.

The cleanliness was of great importance. Very nice to see very clean . Nice quiet location . Staff helpful and friendly. Availability of coffee on location at any time was nice. We Enjoyed sitting with a bottle of wine on roof top patio .

The breakfast is poor - choice between 4 kinds of croissants and 2 kinds of small sandwiches. There were no enough drawers to store our luggage.

The hotel is 15 mins' walk from Piazzale Roma. It's a very nice location. The terrase at the roof was very nice.My son loved it. The view from the room was lovely.
