GermanyThe room was really hot and the only fan available was not sufficient to cool it down. The shower was a bit clogged and the water took too long to lower down. No hooks available to hang the towels.
The staff was very friendly. We got a glass of sparkling wine at the check-in. The parking lot is very close to the property, just a bit difficult to find it but the staff will explain it to you. The hotel is 10min walking to the funicular to Como. The hotel room despite small is quite fine, has a good size bed, a desk and a small wardrobe. The shower has a good water pressure.

PolandHowever, the hotel is very old and everything is in need of renovation. Breakfast consisted of croissants. The seafood pasta was a large portion and did include a generous amount of seafood, but it lacked flavor, as if it wasn’t prepared with much skill.
The location is close to the funicular, and the staff are attentive and friendly. The restaurant stayed open quite late, which was convenient for a late dinner.

The staff, the overall cozy feeling of the small town. We spent 2 nights and we had a very pleasant time. Don't expect fancy rooms, but everything was nice and clean and the staff, the owner were super helpful and kind.
