Everything was fine.

We had a small room on the 2nd floor facing a courtyard with trees, very quiet, very clean, with good air-conditioning and very comfortable bed. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast to start the day with. Ideal location close to the train station and San Tomà Vaporetto stop on Canal Grande.

The bed was a little firm for me, but that’s just a personal thing!

Wonderful quiet location, but so close to so much! All the major attractions within reasonable walking distance. Easy to find, very helpful and friendly lady on reception. Well stocked mini fridge and good sized bathroom. Room cleaned daily. Fabulous base to explore the fascinating city of Venice - we couldn’t believe our luck!

It not depend from the hotel - it is in generally high humidity of the city, so do not wash the clothes, because it will not dry

I like this place, good location - no far from city centre (30 min walking) and near railway station and bus stop. All necessary you will find in the room. The Administrator made for us checked-in earlier.

We originally booked Locanda Gaffaro but ended up staying in Malcanton (same building and affiliated). Our room was lovely and large, as was the bathroom. Everything was spotlessly clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom facilities very good. Staff were really friendly, Breakfast was delicious (homemade cake) and location was very central - 15 minutes to train station and 15 minutes to tourist attractions. Would 100% stay again or recommend.

Close to all amenities, transport , cleanliness, friendliness. Lovely staff , the lady on reception went absolutely above and beyond to help with sourcing emergency dental care for me , got me sorted within one hour of landing in venice .. that's what u call service..Thankyou x

The location of the hotel is great, close to the touristy places, but also quiet as it is not in the busiest area. The hosts were great. The room was a bit dated, but a great value for money! AC, shower, and all facilities work great, and the bed was very comfortable.

Not accessible by public ferries. Need to cross 4 bridges from the train station. Difficult to reach with large luggages. Porter service to carry luggage for you one way costs 25euros. Air conditioner slightly loud. Supermarket not nearby.

Very friendly staff. Helped with arranging for a porter to transport luggages to the train station. Quiet and dark room. Classic renovated room. Good toiletries provided. Room was clean. Bed comfy. Air conditioning is cold. Great location for food with many restaurants around. Provided drinks in the mini fridge at a reasonable price: 1euro for 500ml of mineral water. Good room size for 2pax.

Staff were friendly, room was clean , perfect location. It was a last minute decision due the other hotel was disgusting but so happy we ended up here ! Nice size of the room, it had a mini fridge as well wardrobe and nice size of bathroom.

awful bathroom, absolutely dispecable, everything was falling apart. the sink was leaking from teh first hand wash and all the other facilities in there were broken.

It’s overpriced for the conditions of the place, plus a very small and dark room. And on top of the expensive price I had to pay city tax. Not worthy!
