Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very central to everything. The room was lovely and clean. We had a private bathroom which was really good. The staff were very helpful and as we had a very early check out on the last day, they made us a little take away breakfast which I thought was a lovely touch. The location was perfect—right in the heart of Venice and so easy to get around. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Catia treated us like family and went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday feel truly special. We felt so welcomed and cared for. Grazie mille, Locanda Silva! Towels were very fresh and room cleaned daily. Also has lots of extra shower and bathroom across hall with was very good.

United StatesGetting to the hotel using water buses (vaporetto) requires some additional walking, 10-20 minutes from the closest water bus piers (there are two options) - think about how much luggage you have. Or, you would have to get an expensive individual water taxi.
Excellent location to explore Venice - only a 5-7 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. It is situated just outside of the most crowded areas. My room was comfortable and quiet. Great service. Nice breakfast.
