Great location, beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Breakfast was very good and the cappuccino was the best in Palermo. The roof top is also wonderful to take a little break from the busy city.

The room is noisy. The door is heavy but so is everyone else's on the floor, and it's not at all soundproof, so any time people were talking in the hallway, it was like they were in the room, any time they came and went their door slammed like an explosion in the night. And when people upstairs walked around it did sound like a troupe of elephants were moving in. We put on a white noise app on our phone and it helped a bit. When we mentioned it at checkout, the lovely man at the deck suggested that if he'd known, we could have moved to a quieter room. There was also very little room in the bathroom for toiletries or towels. The towels never dried.

The staff were lovely. So helpful, finding us information, taxis, reservations, whatever we needed they ran to help. So warm and friendly! The location was amazing, 10 minutes from anything worth seeing in Palermo.

The hotel is beautiful and very charming. The rooftop was so beautiful and the restaurant too. The room is very spacious with a back room for your belongings and the balcony is delightful. The breakfast was so delicious and the entire staff was so lovely and helpful. Definitely recommend staying here !! 💖💖

How do I begin, even prior to our arrival the hotel was reaching out to see if there was anything we needed. They always said if there is anything you need please let us know, we are at your service ! From Francisco to Sophia and all the staff at Locanda they were the most accommodating and helpful in their recommendations . We wish we could take them with us to all the other hotels we are staying at in Italy !!! Molto Grazie , Locanda Santa Marina !

Amazing place, very new and located in the historical centre of Palermo. Big thanks to the staff who were very welcoming and helpful! I haven’t used jacuzzi but after 5 pm there is a bar on the roof top - highly recommend to visit! Breakfast is quite small but ok, fresh coffee was the best part of it.

Walking up to the hotel is a like a building site , not the hotel ‘s fault .

All the staff we met were courteous, professional and helpful . Rooms were spacious and clean . Lovely roof terrace and a wide variety of choice for breakfast . Excellent location , quiet but near the busy streets .

Thank you so much to all the staff at Locanda Santamarina for your outstanding Hospitality. You made us feel at home from the time of our arrival to our check out. The Staff were absolutely amazing and extremely friendly, all the gestures you provided from carrying our luggages to the Hotel, welcoming us with a bottle of water, fruit in our amazing rooms and our farewell message with chocolates ticked all the boxes. Breakfast and the location of the Hotel was great, just a few minutes from the Historical buildings.We enjoyed our stay immensely and will remember beautiful memories of Palermo. Lovely hotel and staff. Franscesco and his team were fantastic and very helpful and friendly. Breakfast spread was excellent and loved the Sicilian pastries as well as fresh coffee made to order. Would love to stay here again.

Everything was just perfect. We truly loved the roof top, what a view, and what a nice thing to have a jacuzzi to cool down from the summer heat. Also the location was great, a few blocks away from the buzz, but not in it, so one can sleep peacefully. On the day of the checkout we had to leave early in the morning, but it was no problem at all to get the breakfast delivered the night before to the room, ten out of ten stars for the service and the friendliness. I would book this place again anytime.

I had a really great experience staying at LOCANDA SANTAMARINA. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was excellent. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed, yet peaceful. I didn't realise Palermo was so big ! Next time maybe Cefalu, S. Agata, C. del Golfo, bellisimo places. Our first time in Sicily, we learnt a lot. Scooter elettrici, stai attento :) !! Arrivederci e grazie !

We had a wonderful stay at Locanda Santamarina! The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and helpful -they went out of their way to accommodate every request we had. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. The breakfast was excellent and we also highly recommend the hotel restaurant. The food, service, and atmosphere were all outstanding. The street it was on was a bit scary, graffiti on the walls they need to clean that up. To be fair there was construction on that street.

Couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, since we had a 8am tour, they went out the way to have some food out early & gave a nice breakfast box for airport day. The triple family room was modern & spacious, the staff very accommodating and pleasant. They arranged a spa visit & a taxi for us.

We use the parking lot Maqueda, which was recommended by the hotel. However, we had some issues to get in (12am) and get out (9am) of the parking lot because the front desk was closed both times. So, I suggest that the hotel does not recommend this parking lot.

The hotel is brand new, very clean, staff is great and the breakfast was the best we had in Sicily. The location is great, you can easily walk to the main attractions of the city.
