The walls between the rooms are a bit thin, but if they do not do a party in the other room it's just some noises sometimes.

The place is at a superb location with great view from the rooms to a valley. Garden also offer a chill zone with a great pool. If ouy are coming with an EV there are charging places also, with solar planels, if i can give 10 point to ECO score it's 10/10! The restaurant is super friendly and the dinner was one of the best i've ever had in Italy, superb dishes, very kind staff and also really affordable prices. The breakfast was also really rich, fresh and amazing. highly reccomend the whole place, also saved for myself later on, whenever im coming to this region.

A little loud at night - the shutters aren’t very sound proof and we did have some noisy neighbours.

Lovely stay, comfortable modern rooms whilst keeping an authentic feel. Restaurant served great evening meals and breakfast had a good selection. Good secure parking also.

The view from the hotel is stunning. The room is a good size and clean. Dinner at the restaurant is great.

Being a little picky but the beds were a little firm for our liking.

The 1st floor rooms open out onto a magnificent valley view. The attached restaurant is excellent and clearly like by the locals as well. A severely underrated accommodation.

Locanda Gli Ulivi was the perfect vacation destination for our anniversary trip! We spent hours at the pool marveling at the wonderful view, and I still could not believe that it was real. We also dined in the restaurant on both nights, and both meals were incredible. The staff took great care of us, even going out of their way to help us charge our electric vehicle when we couldn't figure out how to work the onsite charger. We will be returning!

The staff were a bit impatient with us. It seems like they didn’t want to speak English or they just didn’t want to help us (we asked about the nearest winery and they gave us false information) the pool doesn’t have enough suntan beds And we got a different room than we thought we booked

This property is located in a very good location of you are planning day trips to Bologna, Modena and food tasting activities in the Emilia Romagna region. The family that runs this property are extremely welcoming and always available to help out with anything, including recommendations for the local area. The room was extremely clean, breakfast was decent and importantly the property has a very good restaurant that can come in handy after a long day trip. The property is also located in front of a picturesque valley and has some nice nature trails close by.

The staff was nice and always tried to accommodate our needs. However, at times we did not feel that welcome, little smile goes a long way.

The rooms are specious enough for a short stay. I would say the best part is the location and the view from the rooms. Great price point and the restuarant is just amazing.

At first, a bit difficult to figure out where to enter. The bed was rather hard, not comfortable.

The views are inspiring! The ambiance is warm & welcoming. We loved our room decor, and special design features of the bathroom. Dinner: caramelized pear appetizer was amazing. Roast pork also delicious. All well prepared and beautifully presented with generous portions. Breakfast also delicious…fresh pastries, fruit & eggs cooked as you like them.
