Aircon not working as wished.

Great Vineyard close to Siena in the heart of Chianti. Attached to the location is a fantastic Italian bar with great Tuscan home made food very reasonable.

To be honest, there was nothing I didn’t like. But if I could give a suggestion (being picky) perhaps a small van to transfer you down or at least back up from the wine tasting would have been ideal. Very warm heat to walk down and a little merry after the wine to walk back up. But only a small thing.

Room was sensational! Beautiful views! Check In was easy and hassle free and we were shown where to do for our wine tour. The wine tour itself was superb, some of the best wines we tasted the whole trip! I am part of the wine club and ordered 6 bottles to be delivered home.

The bed wasn’t comfortable, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and there was no fridge in the room.

Charming and cozy spot nestled in a wine resort. The rooms are comfortable with excellent air conditioning, and the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Missing the pool, I think if you don’t have a rental car, it’s a bit out in the middle of know where (which of course is also a benefit for many). I’d have liked the wine tasting experience to have been a wee but more affordable for guests staying at the property.

Property is set in a village that is now mostly owned by the vineyard. It’s extremely old and authentic. I felt like I was staying in an Italian hunting villas and it was very cool. A pool would have been a welcome addition, and I can confirm the venue will build one soon (so they told me). I’d stay here again, for sure.

Wonderful place - spacious, beautifully decorated, tranquil, with all necessary amenities above and beyond. Our highlight was the wine bar which had absolutely the best food and service of our entire trip.

the food at the restaurant could have been better

The estate is beautiful, comfortable and nice decor. i didn't really loved the chalet style rooms, where you share a big space wit other rooms.. also not very good noise blocking. You could hear everything that was happening in the next room.

The air conditioning was not working during our stay. Small bathtub bathroom, hard to use, with a broken faucet.

Scenic location, perfect for relaxation and wine lovers; friendly staff; good breakfast / food though a bit more variety would be welcome; clean and tidy; two bathrooms in the family suite.

Huge bath in our room with supberb view, but takes ages to filml as the waterpressure is not optimal.. Not very Hot either so unfortunately this was a bit of a deception, same problem.when taking a shower.

Beautiful large room, great view!! Great service at check in with luggage and parking. The bar was great to get a drink. The osteria where we had a food experience with wine pairing, excellent. The same for the wine tour, excellent and great enthousiasm from the guide

Amazing location and good restaurant

An amazing property nestled between the scenic views of lush green Chianti region. Cleanliness was of good standards and all basic amenities provided in the room. Hospitality could have been better by extending some more facilities in the room including tea/coffee, heating facilities etc. reception opens by 1030h so prior to this you are on your own. A great spread of breakfast and well kept restaurents and bar.

Traditional Tuscan farmhouse, amazing place to stay. Excellent location to explore the Tuscan countryside. Staff on site were so helpful and lovely. Bar/Restaurant on site had great food and wine options.

The family room wasn't comfortable because it had a bathroom in the middle that always opened. The parents' room was without a key, so there was no privacy for the kids, and the room was on the 2nd floor, which wasn't comfortable with a baby in a stroller

Magical place.. there is nothing to complain. Friendly staff, everyday housekeeping. Amazing restaurant just 1 minute walking distance. Warm cozy wine bar with incredible menu. Air-condition was working %100, hot water%100. As I said- there is nothing to complain! Magical place- highly recommended!
