The amount of time for what we reserved. :) The area worth the time for discover and for a longer stay.

This place is beautiful, with the kind and attentive staff. Our room were very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The breakfast was awesome. The view from the balcony is belissimo. Location: very close to the beach, to the ferryboat stop and it's okay distance from the north part to the island. The arrival were very flexible and practical. We will remember our experience for a lifetime. Thank you for having us!

Ver comfortable larger room with quiet air conditioning and spacious shower/bathroom. Sufficient breakfast. Very friendly and helpful front desk gals. Quick painless bus ride into Bellagio, which was a couple of euros and on time. A couple of minute walk to a small beach as well as a pricey beach bar/restaurant where you can rent a beach chair for €10.

It’s a bit of a walk along a narrow busy road into Bellagio to get food.

The host was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were also an excellent size and clean and comfortable.

The rooms are beautiful, the breakfast was very good. It is a quiet and cosy place, the harbour for ferry is in the nearby. We had a very pleasant stay there and we recomand this location. Many thanks to our hosts, they were extremely kind.

A quieter town, but still happy to be here near a beach, ferry terminal and little local bar

The cities commute system is not good and prepare to walk or pay about $25 for Taxi/uber. The place is little away 1.2 miles from Bellagio. Peak season makes ferry rides worse.

This place good to bunk in with good breakfast. For sure the owner is very helpful and nice.

The communication was very helpful and good. We arrived late afternoon and and they called and waited for us. The breakfast was very rich and colorful. The room very nice, calm and comfortable, near to haven.

I underestimated the walk from Bellagio to San Giovanni. Please plan a bit ahead to make sure you are on time. During my stay the busses did not work perfectly. Also, you need to plan and book the ships ahead of time. They can get very crowded.

Amazing breakfast and very friendly staff. They were very helpful and easy to reach via whatsapp. Definitely see the villa melzi park - it's nearby.

Very nice staff. Super clean room. Very good breakfast. The location is great : a bit outside from Bellagio but very easy and pleasant walk or ride to go there. There is also a port down the road of the hotel from which you can reach every place of interest.

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the room.

Everything was perfect, from the staff to the location and cleanliness. The only thing missing was water—there wasn’t even a bottle provided. I think a bottle of water should have been included, especially considering the price and the fact that there are no markets nearby.
