Not car friendly. Insanely stupid driving/parking zoning. There was no parking near by and I couldn't even stop for 2 minutes to bring bags up and down. Not even sure if an Uber or taxi could drive in those zones. Only insane delivery vams and motorcycles apparently.

Location geographically was good. Central with every touristy thing within walking distance. For clarity, this is basically 2 X 2-3 bedroom apartments with shared kitchen/coffee etc. One is renting 1 of 5-6 Bedrooms in essence. Not a problem. Just didn't realize when I booked...

The air condition unit is not very strong. The bedroom without AC gets really hot. It would be nice to have a fan to help flow air into the bedroom. Also the entrance inside the building to the apartment is not very clean.

The location is good, walkable to most sights in Florence. Nice to have a washing machine in the unit.

The air conditioning wasn’t the greatest, considering we visited in summer, it didn’t cool down the apartment that great - we had to use hand-held fans on our bedside tables of a night time to help

A little confusing to get access and keys from the reception initially but once we had access, no issues at all.

Elisa, gave great instructions to get us access albeit, they were a little confusing. Room was spacious, air conditioning very welcome given the high temperature outside. Coffee and nibbles provided which was a nice touch. The shared kitchen was great for storing water. Only 3 rooms share it so we weren't fighting for space or access at any time.

There were times when it got a bit noisy due to people coming and going, and the room could benefit from better insulation. Also, the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped.

The location was excellent, I was able to walk everywhere without needing any transportation. Self check-in was simple and convenient, and everything was very clean.

There were no staff to be seen throughout the stay although they communicated in message. The key system for the light in the bedroom and automatic lights in the reception area meant it was a bit dark and creepy when coming and going but the accommodation was quiet and safe overall. I had to leave the city tax in cash on exit but hadn’t realised as thought I could pay this by card at the accommodation (I hadn’t saved much cash at the end of my trip)

I was a solo traveller attending a conference. The accommodation is a 5 minute walk from the conference centre and close to sightseeing. It was easy to find and access with the instructions sent from the host. Close to train station. The single room was ample for my needs with a comfy single bed and small bathroom. The accommodation was very quiet but there was a shared kitchen facility where you could make drinks and free snacks available which was a nice touch. The whole accommodation was self service but quite convenient and easy to manage. The room was internal although there was a window that opened to a court yard but no external view. This made it a little dark.

Pillows were really bad and towels were thin. There were no sauce pans and no tea towels. The handy man did come out fix the issues, bought pans, tea towels and extra electricity plugs on day 1. However the light in the range hood was not working and never fixed which made cooking hard and had to use a lamp from the bedroom.

It’s located centrally close to restaurants and attractions. Contact with property managers/owners was good and came straight out when some problems were identified. The apartment was very secure and air conditioned.

Minor details, but we were there in the middle of an August heat wave, and the wall unit AC just didn't cool things off during the hottest parts of the day. The keys are attached to where you have to turn off all electricity every time you leave, so you can't keep the AC going if you need to run out for espresso. But was fine at night! Then, I interacted with 2 people- the person (owner I believe) who messaged me on Booking.com was kind of demanding and not very nice, but the person (property manager I assume- name was Elisa) who was texting me was SO NICE and so accommodating! I would recommend they let that Elisa deal with all client interactions because she was much more pleasant and easygoing.

I cannot believe how HUGE this place was!! We rented for 2 friends, and had a 2 story loft, by far the largest spot of our travels and also so economical. Easy walk to so many delicious restaurants and coffee stands, 10-15 min walk to all the major sites in Florence, very safe spot (go through 2 locked doors to get to your spot). I walked around as a solo female at night and felt fine. Comfy beds!! And self check in- LOVED that aspect, and they let us check in early when we asked.

The little refrigerator froze my fresh veggies but that was about it. Everything else was perfect.

The setup was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and it was great to be able to do laundry.

Upon picking up our car from the car park we were charged over 60 euros for the two nights parking. Now when we booked the accommodation it was based on the fact they advertised car parking at this apartment, However at no point on booking.com or it was ever shown a car park charge would apply especially as no parking was on site and we had to drag our bags through the streets which is ok as no parking on site but to get a surprise on picking up the car with a charge was a big disappointment. Bad form booking. Com

The cleaner gave me one towel in exchange of my dirty towel. Would not give me extra towels or have it by the room for the next day. Also, only one little soup and a little body soup for the entire 3 days… same for towels

Wished we had requested a view room. Walked up stairs mostly although some elevator access but not total. This was fine for us but maybe not for anyone with limited mobility.

No breakfast included but access to stove and refrigerator in common room for the floor. Room was internal mostly with window only to a center well so ask for a room with outside view. Overall convenient location and low rate for the area made the room a good value - mostly you want to be out and about the city so it served our needs well.

The completely self-service nature of the property was not alluring for us. Wasn’t clear on this when we booked. Will opt for something different in the future. Also bed in Mediterranean room kept “popping” something under it may be broken.
