Very close to centre, clean and easily accessible. The stuff was great and they helped us with everything we needed.

The room was a bit smaller and the bathroom was external. It was probably our fault for not checking this, but the bathroom was kept spotless by the hosts and nobody else used it except us.

The property provided breakfast vouchers to be redeemed at a nice little cafe nearby. The items were enough for a good breakfast to start your day. Duomo is a short walk away and the property is well connected.

We had to move rooms due to construction on one side of the building, but the host were very accommodating

The room was a little outdated. Having said that everything was immaculate and the bed was comfortable.

The property was well positioned in central Florence and to have vouchers to use for breakfast in a charming italian patteserie was very much appreciated to start the day.

Hosts were amazing. They first sat down with us to understand the sights we planned to visit and then printed a customized map with travel routes to help us navigate. All in all, were exceptional. Breakfast vouchers were presented for use at a neighboring restaurant for an authentic Italian breakfast experience. Room was architecturally preserved though updated.

Bed is not the most comfortable, but manageable for few nights

Location is excellent, very central. Everything can be done by foot. Mira & Francesco are excellent hosts and very effective communicators The bathroom is very nicely made to preserve the charm of the building and its history

The owners, Francesco and Mira are WONDERFUL! Friendly and supportive to understand why you are there and what they can do to offer recommendations to accommodate. The room was cozy and clean. Florence is easily walkable and the location is convenient to attractions. Breakfast is not on site, it's a small pasticceria just a few steps away. We found the locals loved it for a reason. It's near other small eateries and a small square that was bustling with activity.

We had a challenge finding the right house because there are two numbers on the houses on that street. Our rrom was the only room on the floor with a private bath in the hallway. We had everything we needed, but next time we stay here, we'd prefer an in-room bathroom

Fantastic hosts, fantastic location. We appreciated the friendliness, advice and helpfulness of the hosts! Location is ideal in the center of Florence. Breakfast was delightful - loved having coffee with the Florence locals. You can't get any better than this :-)

Internet wasn't great, cut out constantly, was frustrating when trying to check in for flights and booking attractions and trains. Unfortunately on the Friday night ...only.... a party went on in the square to the very early hours not sure if this is a regular thing or just a one off.

Breakfast was good from little shop just outside the door. And the location was excellent for getting around.

Location was absolutely perfect. Close to everything. The owners were just incredible. While there was a strike on Ubers/taxis at the time, they were so nice and drove us to the train station. Would absolutely recommend staying there!
