Our only comment is that the bathroom in our room was a little compact but that's more of a preference than a complaint!

Super location, beautiful street and view, peaceful and quiet! We were able to get a table for dinner at the restaurant underneath the hotel which was perfect, a very cute street for dinner. The staff were friendly and helpful! The room was very clean and comfy, and our balcony was a great surprise.

Loved everything!

We were looking for a hotel right in the middle of Bellagio - this was perfect. We were four couples and we each had a unique room. We all enjoyed the location, amenities and restaurant below!

Stall was not very friendly and helpful. They were too focused on the restaurant side than guests. As paying customers in the hotel part we could not reserve a table to eat in but had to queue. On the day of departure we could leave our bag with them, only to find them where we left them on our return by the bar!!! I was not best pleased as anyone could have taken them!!!

The location was perfect despite being above à restaurant but I knew it. In the heart of the hustle and bustle of Bellagio. Cute little balcony. Room was big enough and clean. Easy to find.

No elevator! I must have made a mistake when I booked it as I thought I read there was an elevator.

Everything was good except I thought they had an elevator. We had to leave at 7:30 and there was no one to help us with our luggage down the approximate 50 stairs in the hotel and 60 stairs down to the ferry. We managed on our own with the help of some tourists like us.

You have to check in when the restaurant is open and it can be noisy down below until about 10pm when people are dining in the alley. There were several flights of stairs to our room on the 3rd floor.

This is a cozy, charming hotel above a restaurant in the heart of Bellagio. The room is a decent size and very clean with a balcony overlooking the town.

Not a good place for travellers with heavy luggage. The pathways to the location are steep and have many steps. The room is up 2 floors with narrow stairs.

The location is its best and worst quality. Located in the centre of Bellagio, but up a steep pathway with many steps. The restaurant downstairs is good and popular in the evening.

There are a few stairs to climb to the room, but there is everywhere. No bidet.

Location was first class. Halfway up one of the step staired streets. This was wonderful. As well, it is literally up the stairs from the ferry. Compared to walking the rest haha Rosie and the staff were engaging, efficient and on the mark! The rooms are basic but everything you need and more for a short stay in Bellagio. We had a cute little balcony over the rooftops with a little sliver of the lake in view. Perfect for a glass of wine or cocktail. Rooms were cleaned each day and bedding and linens changed. As well, the family owned business has the most popular restaurant in town below the rooms. Food was wonderful! People are lined up the alley to eat there. So be sure to try it!

Difficult if you arrive between 3-6pm, you have to wait around with your bags, so recommend organising your arrival to be before or after. Other than this it is the most perfect stay

Perfect location!! Couldn’t get any better. Amazing room with good views of the town. Absolutely stoked I booked this room. Cleaned every day with fresh towels Definitely recommend if you are wanting to stay in Bellagio you have to book this room!
