Parking, or rather lack of it. To be fair we were there when the village festival AND the Saturday market were on ( which were great in their own right), so maybe there is usually a greater choice of parking

A very nice tenement house with a very atmospheric courtyard where you could eat breakfast. Breakfast buffet with a large selection of dishes. Fresh food on the tables.

The staff were so kind and hospitable. I felt at home away from home. They gave me a bowl for my dog, as I had forgotten mine. They had a delicious, well stocked breakfast with fresh caffe, meats and cheeses, vegetables, eggs, pastries, and more. I was traveling with only my dog, so one of the staff introduced me to another guest so that I had some company for my dinner (which was incredible).The room was very clean but really small. The bed was comfortable. I had a great stay and will stay again. Definitely recommend.

The room and the bathroom were really tiny, but they made up for the lack of size with breakfast. Breakfast was delicious, and there were so many items to choose from.

An incredible place with a beautiful atmosphere, the location was close to the centre and the attention to clients was perfect, but the best thing was the delicious breakfast they provided.

Although the room was very functional (see bathroom), the interiors were very basic and did not match the exterior of the building. Breakfast was good but could have been improved as there were cheeses that needed to be cut and no scrambled eggs (there was an excellent frittata with vegetables, but should anyone not want those there was no other egg option)

We stayed to break in two our long journey to toscana from central europe. Thus the position was great for us because it was on the way yet close enough to garda for an evening stroll. But if you were to stay for the lake you’d have to drive 15 min each way (not such a problem, but the parking could be). Bathroom was very nice too.

The breakfast must be improved. The parking facility is not great but still available considering how small the town is. Would be better if they provide more facilities in the room.

The place was good and well located in terms of accessibility to the lake. The rooms were large and decently equipped. The rooms were also clean and beds were comfortable.

The hotel itself is hard to find, the parking onsite is very challenging if you have anything bigger than smart. For a family luxe we had one dying air-conditioner, it hardly worked, was absolutely impossible to sleep. Breakfast is poor and we had to ear inside (again without AC) as there is a shop next door with windows at floor level with two dogs sitting there and barking at the kids. The owner of the dogs yelled at me after I asked her to close the window, the hotel staff just ignored the situation. The old man at reception was really self-important and not friendly. The beds were on wheels and could not stay in one place, you sit and it moves. The was no place at all to hang the towels, we were six people and all the towels had to be placed all over the place on old chairs and so on. The sofa had a weird shape, too narrow, but the pillows were superbig, just took all the sofa, why on earth would you do that?

Everything was great. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked perfectly, there was a TV, and daily cleaning with fresh towels. Breakfast was excellent, delicious and plentiful. The pastries were divine. The owner and the staff were kind and helpful😊We managed parking at a nearby square, which was free. The location is central, everything was within easy reach. I recommend this place to everyone, and we would gladly return anytime!!!

Very nice accommodation, 30 min drive from Verona and Lake Garda. Room basic but very clean and pleasant. The only thing that I would love to see in the room was kettle for a evening cup of tea, but that's my personal requirement. WiFi good quality, heating availible in the room.

Our room was very filthy, especially the bathroom. We felt like it hasn’t been cleaned at all. The drain in the shower was blocked by a bunch of disgusting hairs. The lady at the front desk doesn’t speak ANY english, so the communication was hard. The air conditioning was also very dirty, mouldy and didn’t even work properly. The building is usually noisy until midnight, it was hard to sleep with the windows open (because of the air conditioning). The property doesn’t offer parking, so you need to leave your car in a supermarket parking lot. (it was fine and secure)

The breakfast was truly amazing and the location (Caprino Veronese) is also a brilliant place to sleep when you’re visiting Lake Garda!

Arriving with some heavy luggage can be a problem if your room is located on the upper floors. Finding a place to park is also a difficult task. The bathroom was very small and there were some insects in the bathtub.
