I like Everything about this place the owner was so nice to us she worked to make us comfortable. the place is too clean. There wasn’t any sound that disturb our sleep. If I come back to Milano again I will surly book this Apartment again .

The room was very clean with coffee and a brioche for breakfast and a small fridge. Bed was so comfortable. Could walk down stairs for dinner and they were very accommodating in making vegetarian pasta dishes for me. Close walk to metro.

I like the staff, they are very accommodating and showed me the easiest way to get to the metro station. There is a forecast of rain when I arrived, and they lent me an umbrella. The room is very clean, they have complimentary water, tea, coffee, biscuit and croissant. :) Toiletries are also complete, everything you need is available. Shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush, shaver, cottons, etc. Even if it's not in the central area, there is a yellow metro line that will take you directly to the Duomo and FS centrale.

Check in & contacting host not the smoothest. I was left waiting outside the door for several minutes wondering if anyone would come. When you call host it always goes to answer phone always. Someone really should be available to talk on phone immediately if there is no one physically there on reception or at least call back in a couple of mins which is why i gave staff 4 not 5 stars. That said, I would still highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Good value for Milan/big cities. Well located at the end of the metro line a 5-10 mins walk from the station. Great spacious room and bathroom. Kettle with tea and coffee. The room itself was perfect.

Clean with AC, you can leave your car and take metro near by to the city centre. A bit dodgy area but if you travel with someone it’s ok!

The place is lovely, sound proof room and confortable bed. Lovely and accommodating staff, a little fridge was available in the room to keep my drinks cold. AC and TV available as well. Housekeeper came everyday and left a croissant and biscuits Relatively far from city center, but extremely well connected thanks to the M3 line which takes you directly to the Duomo. I would totally stay here again and recommend family/friends to come here if travelling to Milan :) Thanks for the experience!

the aircon turning off when you go out so you come back to a hot room, no option to put on the door if you didn’t want someone to go in the room for cleaning, area can feel a bit sketchy coming back at night especially as a solo traveller

Clean, easy to get to (in San donato so the last stop on the m3 line, close enough to walk to the station or take a bus with 1/2 stops) staff were lovely and accommodating, wifi worked, McDonald’s is across the road and shops along the street, has air conditioning, fridge in the room to keep your drinks cold, really comfy bed!

We received a friendly and helpful welcome . Our room and bathroom were well appointed, freshly decorated and clean. The noisy road could not be heard because of the solid windows. The restaurant next door was excellent.The accommodation is 5 minutes walk from the metro station and a 15 minute metro ride to the Cathedral. Nearby is a small supermarket and a variety of bars and restaurants catering for all budgets.

For me it was very practical to stay there because I came by car, but obviously it is a place outside the city center. But as I mentioned, they have an excellent restaurant, so nice to come "home" to after a day in the city center.

Very friendly owners that made me feel welcome right away. I had dinner in their restaurant on the first evening: so convenient and very tasty, I would have loved to have time to eat there again. Comfortable room. Easy to access by car, usually place right in front to park. Easy connection to the city center through public transport.

It's a pity that the restaurant does not offer breakfast service, because there are no cafés around the hotel. But they offer instant coffee, tea and some biscuits, which is nice. One little detail in our room, the shower cord was a little broken, but nothing serious.

My only suggestion would be to get an extension cord for the water kettle (the only outlet was inside the refrigerator cabinet).

Very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown and described. We ate dinner our last night at the attached restaurant. The menu suggested they’re famous for their seafood (but we have allergies) so we got vegetable soup, steak, & sautéed potatoes. All were very delicious. Highly recommend.

Bed mattress was old and need to be changed. It was difficult to find the entrance as it wasn't properly indicated.

Didnt like the area, not any restaurants or shops nearby and it didnt feel safe to walk around. Metro stop is the last station, easy to get there but too scary to walk even at daytime so we often took a taxi instead.
