All was great

It’s a great place to have a quite restful time, equipped with everything you need, but the best part is the delightful host who lives in the apartment next door. He was kind and generous, left us some drinks and snacks/breakfast for the morning. He also offered us a welcome drink and coffee in the morning at his little neighborhood bar across the street. We talked a lot and made a new friend, no question I would stay there again!

Very clean and cosy apartment right outside the old city - 15 min. walk with kids! Friendly and very helpful host! Nice that host allowed to leave car in parking after checkout so that we could explore the city!

A mosquito protection net in one window would be great as there were many mosquitoes outside. Otherwise, everything was great!

The room was wonderful, big and spacious, and located just a short walk away from the city center. It provided a great safe parking space which cost 10€ per day (a reasonable price). The bathroom was also of a decent size with a nice shower. The AC is also a plus. What was great was that we could check in early and therefore had the chance to explore Verona already. The host was lovely, had very good English skills and invited us for a little welcome drin to his bar across the street. We felt very welcome the whole time.

The host was relaxed and super welcoming. Our car could be parked safely next to the property for a reasonable price. The property was clean, pleasant and about 15 minutes walk from the city center.

The host was wonderful and therefore made our stay very memorable. We will 100% be back one day and would recommend this accomodation. The host Explained everything upon arrival, gave us an apartment tour and offered us food and sightseeing recommendations. it was also easy walk into the main part of town (old town) over the bridge, also very short walk up to the castle san pietro. Close to everything while being slightly out of the hustle and bustle. We walked everywhere within 10 minutes. The host owns the snack bar across the road where he welcomed us for drinks on arrival. We frequented this bar after this. He also provided light breakfast in the fridge inside the apartment and coffee which was a great addition for our use. Newly renovated bathroom, balcony which had great sunlight, the two floor to ceiling doors both open up and the one in the bathroom making the room seem very big. Only one flight of stairs to climb which is very management and spacious. Great price for three adults. We parked out the front of the apartment, very easy, as we didn’t realise you could have covered parking.

Great location, 10-15 minutes of a walk to the center. Welcomed by the most wonderful host. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. Enclosed parking. If we could it would be rated 10+.

Lively hosts. They also owned the snack var opposite where we were made very welcome for drinks. Nice apartment, nicely placed out of the hubbub but within a few miniutes walk.

The host is extraordinary kind and supportive. They have a perfect and secure parking place. The place is clean and comfortable 👌. I recommend it to anyone!

The host was great, he welcomed us with free beverages in his bar, offered a private closed parking (extra paid but reasonably priced) spot for our car which we cloud use after check out! Italian breakfast was included!

We had not any problems.

Simple and comfortable room of private apartment for very adequate price. The room is located on the first floor and building has not a lift - this would be worth to know for families with child and pram. The apartment is located very close to the old Verona city - about 8-10 min of walk to Torre Ponte di Pietra. Breakfast is also simple and with coffee is good enough to start a day. Owner is very kind and responsive, we really thanks him for advice where to park a car for whole day for free.

No TV available (perhaps only temporarily). Minimal breakfast offer: coffee, small juice and croissant, yoghurt.

Large room but with minimalist furnishings. Very nice and clean bathroom. Walking distance to the old town. Sympathetic host. Parking on place was convenient but additionally paid 10 EUR.
