Only issue i found was that my showers were cold, however this could be due to how early i showered (8 am) or some other reason.

Even though I arrived late, i was still allowed in after paying a very reasonable fee (10 euros), and the owner still kindly gave me a tour of the house and instructions on how things worked. The location is nice and close to both Busto Arsizio stations letting me get on with my trip with ease.

common space is a little too small, namely the kitchen. I didn't have the need to use it but if I did it's very very small. cannot comment on whether it was adequately equipped or not.

Apartment is just 10min walk away from train station which is very convenient and also close to plenty cafes and supermarkets. Room and shared bathroom were great, very clean and comfortable. Staff were very nice and stayed up late to meet me due to late check in (which I had to pay an extra Eur10 for).

Friendly owner, speak a little english & responsive. Very clean apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. Kebab, pizza & convenience store are walking distance. I'm a cyclist, I have no problem getting there.

Location was convenient for quick airport train connection but I was warned that the area near the Busto train station is dangerous. Breakfast supplies quite minimal but that was ok as next to a lidl anyway.

Very very friendly check-in and amazing comfortable attic room to crash into bed after the airport. Breakfast coffee machine was good.

The hosts were incredible. Gave us everything we needed and made sure we had the best time. They lended umbrellas when it was raining and even gave us a lift to the train station when we checked out. Incredible people and value for money! There’s also access to a microwave which is always helpful

Comfortable and smart, friendly owner. I was travelling to the airport for an early flight so this was a very convenient location, not far from the station. Excellent bar nearby for aperitivo. Usual Italian breakfast include. The owner kindly put a beer in the fridge for me.

It was very comfortable place to stay for night before flight from Malpensa airport. It is 15 minutes walk from train station and train take us straight to T1 or T2 on Malpensa Airport. Host was very friendly and good in comunication. We arrived just before 10PM and host quickly introduced us to our accomodation. It was very nice touch that he left 2 cold beer in the fridge left. We were leaving early morning and we had plenty of little biscuits snacks, cakes, jam, coffee, oranges, granola. Perfect to make quick italian breakfest.

It was very close to the train station. My plane had a 7 hour delay and I arrived after the check-in time but the host was very nice and I got the keys without any problem. The room was absolutely amazing and the AC was life saving. 😊

The place is clean, room and services are excellent, the owner of the B&B and her husband are very nice and helpful. Extremely good quality/ price ratio. For those going to Milano Malpensa airport I suggest to choose this accomodation. It is very well connected to the airport due to the proximity with the Busto Arsizio Nord station.

For me the main negative point was the non-functioning wifi, which was the supplier's fault apparently. Wifi was supposed to be back by 5pm, but this did not happen. I still did not have Wifi the next morning when checking out. This was a bit bad for me because I could not book my next flight and plan my journey for the next day, and since I was dead tired I did not want to roam around and find a place that had wifi. Since I could not plan ahead, extra costs occurred, because I had to book transportation on the day I was travelling. Luckily another guest living there gave me a hotspot next morning, and I could do planning, but it was already too late. Anyway, it wasn't the owners fault. I found the price of the room a bit expensive (42 euro/night). Breakfast is free, but it's certainly not very good (average minus). Prepacked, unhealthy pastry and crackers, coffee was OK though. Some fruits were there, and also some yoghurt in the fridge, plus free cereals.

Location is good, if you want to stay near Malpensa Airport (15 minutes by train and only 4 euro). Owner was super friendly and kind, I loved talking to him. Had the chance to practice my Italian. Room is quiet, although some street noise could be heard. Busto Arsizio is a nice place.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We booked this property due to its proximity to the train station (10-15 min walk) and Malpensa airport (2 train stops) as we had an early flight the next day. The room was comfortable enough for one night and there were drinks and snacks provided.

This is not a hotel but a kind of homestay. The owner (who speaks some English) doesn't live there, so you'll need to text or call him with your exact arrival time. The room shares a bathroom with one other room. A firmer mattress would be more comfortable.

Convenient accommodation close to Busto Nord railway station and the MXP airport. Friendly, helpful owner. A bit small but OK for 1 person. Full kitchen downstairs, with kettle, coffee-maker, microwave, etc. All very modern and clean in a converted older house. Breakfast is self-service to wide range of cookies, cakes, fresh fruit, etc. No restaurants nearby as far as I could tell, but there's Lidl supermarket across the street for all your food and shopping needs. recommended!
