I highly recommend this place! Everything was exactly as described, and even better ;) The owners and staff were extremely kind and helpful. The property is in a wonderful, peaceful location, yet very close to perfect spots for sightseeing. The house is equipped with everything you need for a week-long or even longer holiday with children ;) The highlight is definitely the swimming pool, which brings refreshing relaxation on sunny days, with a breathtaking view from the pool area. We truly recommend it and will definitely return when we are in the area again!"

Water pressure in bathroom shower a bit low and takes ages to get warm water.

Lovely apartment, very spacious, had everything you need for a lovely family holiday. The outdoor personal pool/jacuzzi was a godsend for the hot , humid weather and the outdoor showers were quite a novelty, they worked better than the indoor ones for water pressure We all loved sitting out with our breakfast and looking at the lovely view in a morning. Plenty of outdoor space for playing games, eating outside and generally just relaxing Car parking next to apartment. The town of Scauri is just a few minutes drive away and would recommend visiting, Formia, Gaeta and Sperlonga . Lots of lovely beaches to visit in all the above places.

The property itself self was amazing everything you need for a comfortable stay was found inside very clean area was lovely friendly locals brilliant little bar called Dante’s near by living apple itself was all in all 10/10 Luca Maria and staff were amazing we will definitely be coming back for our yearly visits to see family and this will be our new place to stay thank you for having us and look forward to coming back highly highly recommend

Well partitioned, clean apartment in a nice and quiet residential area. Free private parking directly in front of the building. Only 5 minutes by car to the village center. Proactive and very kind host, he is very reactive on whattsapp, it’s a 10/10 I just got back, and I’m already thinking about booking again! Highly recommended

The drive to the resort was very tricky as the roads are very narrow and not well sign posted.A sign on the main road pointing to the resort would have been helpful.

We liked the size ,as we went for a two bedroom and had loads of space.The pool and gardens were very well maintained and the site was tranquil with stunning views of the hills.

There wasn't anything we disliked in particular.

The location is exceptionally beautiful. From the apartment you can see the mountains and the beach is approximately 20 minutes walk away. The houses were clean and well equipped, the whole place smells heavenly thanks to the flowers growing outside. But what adds even more beauty to the place are the adorable owners, they're one of the nicest people we've met on our trip, they recommended us a lot of great places around and helped with anything and everything we needed, they even offered to drive our luggage to the train station when we were leaving. For the price, this place exceeded all our expectations!

Couches were not comfortable, so it was awkward to sit in the evening and chat as a family. Although it's only 1.5km from the town, you really need a car to get there, you couldn't walk up and down the town (not in the heat of the summer anyway)

The apartment is in a beautiful setting, its very spacious, with everything you need there. The pool is lovely, and the air-conditioning fantastic as we had really hot weather. The beds were so comfortable and huge. The owners are so friendly and helpful, a pleasure to deal with. Loved the balcony all around the apartment.

Nothing really to dislike just I’d advise having a car.

My stay was in the end of Winter, so it was pretty chilly, since the studio gets almost no sunlight (hosts provided an extra blanket to help during the night). The electricity is charged separetly, considering the amount of kW used. My consumption was around 5 euros/day (someone cooking the meals and spending most of the day there while working)

Very modern accomodation, with a small kitchen and washing machine. The property is quite big, so it was nice to walk around in the gardens to see some wild animals. The hosts are very kind and helpful

1. The explicit costs about gas, electricity and water are not in the description of the flat, it just says "Please note that gas, water and electricity costs are not included and will be paid according to consumption". Adding up the payment for the rental of the flat and these expenses, I spent 50 euros per night, I went on february so it was very cold and I needed the heater everyday, with this amount is better to go to a nice city. 2. The flat is big, but is very cold in winter, it has 3 heaters but even with those turned on at maximum they cannot reach even 16 ° Celsius in the room. I told the host that I was cold and she said that must be impossible, and had a bad attitude, in spite of this she gave me a mobile heater. 3. The wifi is very very bad, you cannot use it with multiple devices, and in the master bedroom sometimes the wifi doesn’t reach it. When asked to the host, she said “it was surprising I did not notice that from the beginning”. 4. There is only one tv, is in the living room, but it has only channels in Italian, no possibility to connect to platforms like Netflix or other streaming media.

The flat is big, the landscape from the windows is very nice, the kitchen has good cooking ware
