Everything went perfectly. Only a remark: watch out your head when entering the building if you are tall... the door is not that high :)

The apartment is fully furnished. You will find everything you need. Very clean. Confortable. Very close to La Spezia Centrale train station, downtown, markets. Cinque Terre is easily reachable and price is not that high.

I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spotless, and the extra pillows made my sleep so comfortable. I also loved the bathroom fragrance – it was such a nice touch that made it feel like home. The host was incredibly kind and even helped me with my luggage. I’d be happy to stay here again when I return to La Spezia.

Excellent location. Lina is a great host; very welcoming. We stayed in a suite and had plenty of room for my family of 3. The AC worked perfectly. The shower was fantastic. We loved there is a washer available for laundry. Completely updated room with daily coffee/ espresso option and water. Highly recommend !!!!

The accommodation is excellent. The room is extremely clean with comfortable beds. The hospitality was impeccable. The owner family was friendly and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We do not expect there is daily room cleaning service! The hotel is close to the train station (3 minutes by walk). Nearby areas is quiet at all times. It is a great base for hiking and travel to Cinque Terre. Highly recommended! 👍

Hosts were easy to communicate with as long as you didn't mind running msgs through Google translate. The room was spotless and after two weeks on the road the washer was much appreciated. One day and without prompting, the hosts even brought in our laundry from the outdoor clothes line when it began to rain which was wonderful as we were on a ferry up the coast. Also a large bath room and spacious walk-in shower which was a joy after tiny corner showers in other hotels on this trip. Also a coffee machine in the room and the pods were refreshed daily. We wish every hotel on every trip was as wonderful as this one.

Not a problem for us but the bed could be a little softer and also there could be a choice of two duvet’s / blankets. We only had one, more pillows were available though.

Very clean and quiet studio. Loved how easy everything was. Proper air condition made the room very comfortable. Nice shower, which although may be a bit small space for some people. Lighting in the room was nice! We had coffee and tea in the room and a small fridge and those were really needed :) bed wasn’t too bad but I can imagine it to be too firm for some people. Staff was so lovely, we were very pleased to stay at Lina’s!

The Check in was complicated. No instructions at all. I had to call the owner because I did not receive any instructions. But when the owner arrived, she was really nice with us. It just need more organisation.
