Absence of a lock on the bathroom door. Also the sponge for the dishes was not new, but already used by previous tenants.

Great place to stay if you want to visit Cinque Terre. Comfortable beds, well equipped small kitchen. Very kind hosts.

If you have issues with stairs, you may find the stairs to go up and down everyday a bit difficult. However, he kindly proposed to go with baggage from their garden without stairs. Silly but our house did not have shampoo, and since all was available, I did not have it with me, mainly for the first day. The 1 euro coffee is available whenever you want, but again silly but if you drink your coffee with milk, the milk is not available, bring it with you!

Almost everything, the host is extremely responsive, kind and supportive, he even helped with my heaviest baggage... We also agreed on an earlier check in, which was better for both of us. The house is good, well equipped and nice. He even proposed to use the thing to make sure the mosquitos stay away from you in the outside area. A big bottle of bathroom shampoo. The glasses, air-conditioning and all. You get to see rabbits passing by, amazing! There was also Salt 🧂

The pool had a lot of bugs. The location is pretty far from everything.

The value for money. Plenty of space, good facilities for a traveling family. Good proximity to a grocery store. Easy check in, the owner was waiting to show us in as soon as we arrived. The room was very clean and basic things were provided.

Great clean and well eqipped venue.Able to self cater. Staff very helpful, despite language barrier and made us feel very welcome. Extras like pool, roof top terrace, communal coffee and snacks area plus washing machinr all appreciated. Onsite parking. Tranquil setting.

Everything was fine. Just the road to be there at the beginning was scary. After one round, erything was right.

Exceptional place and services. All staff very friendly. Recomended for families. A few minutes to shop and restaurant. Relaxing swimming pool and a lot of places to enjoy the view.

The wifi wasn’t that great but that didn’t bother us.

We had such a great stay here, the property is beautiful and the casa has everything you need, is large in size and has an equipped kitchen for you to cook. The location is 5 mins away from the bus stop which will take you to La Spezia train station (tickets for the bus each way are 1.50€) & it is also really close to the supermarket. The owners are incredibly lovely, helpful and welcoming - they even picked us up/dropped us off to the train station. We loved our stay here and would definitely recommend :)

No WiFi in the living room. Weak WiFi with the interrupted connection in the bedroom. No central heating, therefore cold in the bathroom.

The bed was a tad bit harder than my liking but sleeping on top of the comforter provided helped that along nicely.

The family that runs the place were so welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and phenomenal! They definitely made us feel at home. They also provided a shuttle to a train station before check-in and after check-out for a very reasonable price! The kitchenette was perfect to cook a few meals while on vacation which was a nice treat after having to eat out in hotels prior. The coffee was good too. The location is so peaceful! It makes hanging up your laundry to dry serene rather than a task. It was so peaceful, we didn’t even want to leave for the day trips we had planned!
