I like room service and room owner nature and support , guidance .

- Amazing location - Very clean room - Friendly staff - Nicely decorated - Towels and toiletries provided - Really good Aircon and WiFi. Honestly for a budget accommodation we had a lovely stay here and the staff were amazing if you are looking for budget accommodation this is great

- Only thing I could say is that the shower head didn’t have a holder so you had to hold it but that didn’t bother us at all because the shower was clean and had good pressure

The location and own bathroom, it was very simple just for those who like travel and just sleep in the room.

Excellent location, helpful staff and easy check-in. Also the staff let us check in early and leave our luggage for a few hours after checking out. Not all hotels in Rome accept this so it was a big plus.

The shower could have been one size bigger.

The plusses: really great location 4 minutes walk from the Termini station. Buses, metro lines really close as well as restaurants, grocery shop, gift shops and also two levels of the Termini also serves as a plaza. The building with the garden is quite nice. The room isn't very spacious, but ok for the purpose. The bed is comfy. The minuses: absolutely lacks wardrobe storage. There is one small hanging cabinet with just 4 hangers (just one you can hang your pants on). While absolutely no storage for clothes that cannot be hung. Just one beside table and beside lamp instead of two. The door jams, quite a force is needed to open. Still opens just halfway because it hits the bin. Repositioned the bin but the owner moved back to the pointless original position. The window cannot be closed because the mechanism is broken. There is a tiny latch that can hold the windows in an almost but not fully closed state. The layout of the bathroom is mindless. The shower cabinet is the tinyest available however there is quite a space available in the bathroom. Not functioning incomplete light over the washbasin. Mold on several spots. Why? A remover spray costs like 3 Euros! Overall the location of is its main value. But the owner doesn't take care of the apartment.

Location, cleanliness, room and everything was perfect

Convenient location. There is a cute courtyard and a big window overlooking it.

The shower head holder and all the towel hooks were broken, and the shelf above the sink was missing. The elevator for the building wasn't working.

This accommodation was very clean in beautiful surroundings and very convenient to train station. The bathroom is compact but fine for our needs. Lots of restaurants very close by.
