We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandThe location was perfect, considering our trip on the Bernina Express (you can't get any closer). A friendly gentleman from the reception of Hotel Bernina took us to the place and showed us our room. We would probably have difficulty finding it ourselves (google maps showed a nearby pizzeria with a similar name). It was lovely to sit on the terrace in the evening and watch the trains and then the storm. The room was quiet despite being close to the train station. Breakfast downstairs was ok.

United StatesDifficult to find. Located adjacent to train station down a one way street going the wrong way. No name of hotel in front - name is actually Hotel Jane. No staff on site and check in is at Hotel Bernina. Hotel Bernina is about 200 yards to east in front of train station entrance.

Spacious room, nice design & layout. Amazing view. Comfort bed. Extremely clean and new. When we arrived in Tirano It was our impromtu decision to put up a night in Tirano before heading to Milan.. Had we not booked in advance our hotel in Milan we would have stayed for another night here.
