We were greeted by our hostess, who showed us the kitchen common area and our room. We were given space in the kitchen refrigerator (and the room also had a small refrigerator). The location was a 10-15 minute walk to the main train station to then get to each of the 5 Terre towns and beyond.

Laura's place was spaceous and clean. It is situated in a perfect location, specially if you want to go to Cinque Terre, too. We had parking, backyard and fresh coffee! Thanks!

Exactly as pictured, comfortable stay with sufficient amenities. Pantry with everything you need from coffee to plates and cutleries. Host was very helpful and fast in replies. Easy to check in and out.

Nothing, it was lovely

We were only there for a couple days, so the location was wonderful. It was close to the train station, but in a quiet neighborhood. Laura was a very helpful host, with lots of helpful recommendations and tips. She also had a great system to let us store our bags there after checkout so we could explore without them because our departing train wasn’t until later in the day. Also, the air conditioning in the room was very nice.

Kind and helpfull staff. Laura and her father helped a lot about attractions, restaurants nearby. Apartment close to the train station and Via del Prione (walking street). 15 min walk from the sea. Garage so helpful in narrow and busy streets. Garage is private so you can use only during your stay and optimal for a bigger car size as well. Enjoyed our stay :)

The location was very pretty and located super close to the train station and the rest of the town- transport from here to Cinque Terre for our trip was quick and easy, and the staff were very kind and helpful with recommendations!

We loved the place! it was in italian style building with super cute kitchen where we could prepare our breakfast. Laura’s attention to details were so nice, she always left fresh garden lemons in the kitchen as well as biscuits with some tea. I loved the one day I found a nice flower bouquet in our bedroom. She also provided her recommendations of what to visit and eat in La Spezia and how to spend our visit so Cinque Terre more efficiently when meeting us. The place itself it is very close to train station, but it requires some steep going up the hill. We could not hear the sounds of the train that much, but to be sure I still had my earplugs with me. In general, I would totally recommend for others when vising La Spezia, its neighbouring villages,smaller cities and of course Cinque Terre. Thanks Laura and her dad for making sure everything was great! We are bringing nice memories with us :)

The shared kitchen was great, it had all we needed and more. Great coffee making facilities, spacious fridge. Also there was a nice patio to sit outside in the evening. The rooms were cleaned regularly, thank you for that.

The only downside were the bathroom towels, which had an unpleasant smell, everything else was great.

The appartment was quite spacious and clean, equipped with everything needed, it is located really close to the city centre and train station and offers an option to park a car in a private garage, which is located close to the accomodation. The owner was really friendly and showed us all the sights to see in and near La Spezia. We really enjoyed our stay.
