Everything. It’s a well designed and super stylish property which is well equipped. It’s also really comfortable and the location was ideal for us. Great off street secure parking, 2 bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. The host was super helpful and gave us a tour of the property. We only stayed for one night and would happily stay again for longer.

Communication with Franco was excellent, answered all the questions we had before the trip. He met us personally when we arrived, explained everything about the apartment. The apartment is located on the ground floor, a stunning courtyard, there are armchairs, a table and chairs and a swing for children. The apartment is equipped with everything you can dream of, the level of cleanliness is extremely high, every detail has been thought of. There is plenty of dry goods, yogurts and juices for breakfast. Laundry room, a lovely room for children with a bunk bed, a closet, everything with a lot of love. We really enjoyed it and if we are in the area, we will definitely return to this house.

Extremely welcoming, friendly and ready to help owners, felt like we lived in a villa. A beautiful place to stay, modern and equipped with everything you might need, from the kitchen to the bathroom with a dishwasher, from the air conditioner, wifi, television to lounger on the terrace. The kitchen is filled for breakfast - cornflakes, coffee, tea, jam, butter, yogurt, including drinks and dishes, everything is at hand. The location is great, near the highway and it's easy to get to cities like Pisa or Florence. Comfortable and private parking spot on the property, fully fenced in. If you're doing a trip or spending your holidays with your car around Tuscany - i can only suggest you this place. I put 10 points, just because there's no option to give 10+.

I would have loved a cooked breakfast, but this is not a minus, just a personal preference. What Franco provided was more than enough for a breakfast.

The apartment is totally clean, well kept and looks like new. We enjoyed the garden with gazebo and outdoor sunbeds. The area is calm, there is no noise from the near road. Franco - the owner - is a very kind and helpful person. We hope to return in the near future

The best accomodation ever. Everything perfectly clean, everything new. The owner extremly kind. We arrived 2 hours sooner than announced and absolotely no problem. We had to leave very early - again no problem. A lot of sincere smiles. Great supply for breakfeast. We would love to visit again.

Little bit far from the tourist places (pisa, Cathedrals, sea), but anyway we enjoyed to be there.

Location: Everything is available around (supermarket, bakeries, e.t.c.) but you need car to move around. Apartment: New and clean apartment, exactly like the photos in booking.com. Very convenient for families Bedroom: Quiet with Comfortable beds. Foods: Breakfast (bread,eggs,cheese,croissants) Hoster: friendly, generous, they don't hesitate to help and make your stay comfortable. Franco speaks very little English, but this was not a real problem for us. We learned Italian ;)

We have stayed in many homes before, but Franco’s house is one of a kind. It’s a real Home and has everything you would ever need in a house. Very safe, spacious, very big and beautiful garden and parking spot, good breakfast and coffee and last, but not least… Franco! Wonderful host. Very calm and helpful. We warmly recommend Le Upupe from Cascina for at least 4-5 nights. It’s wonderful!

A wonderful B&B, very clean, everything in order, it has everything we needed plus more amenities than expected. The hosts are very accomodating. There is parking and a beautiful yard. My group wishes we could stay longer. Thank you for your hospitality!
