We had the most incredible stay at Les Neiges d’Antan. The hotel is absolutely beautiful—full of character and charm, set in a peaceful, breathtaking location. The staff were so kind and thoughtful, the food was unforgettable, and every space felt cozy and welcoming. From the spa to the restaurant to the snowy views, everything was just perfect. We loved every moment

United KingdomSlightly better explanantion of facilities etc. on arrival would have been useful and a better selection of bread and perhaps some rolls would have been great at breakfast. Not really sure if any afternoon tea/coffee/pastries/cake were provided by the hotel since we were always back fairly late, but I have always found that a nice touch in all the other hotels we have stayed in whilst skiing.
Breakfast was good with an ample selection of cereals, cold cuts, cheese, bacon, eggs and pastries, coffees, teas and juices.. Transport provided by the hotel to and from Cervinia or Val Tournenche was very welcome.

I didnt use the spa personally, but family members did and were very impressed. It has everything you need for a relaxed winter break

FinlandThe breakfast, the food in general was delicious, but absolutely the best thing was the personnel. They all were so helpful, polite and thoughtful: Always one step ahead. Then for us Finns, the sauna with iki-kiuas was offcourse the ultimate experience. There is hardly never a sauna this good outside of Finland. Loved it.

SwedenThe only thing that didn´t live up to our expectations were the waiters in the restaurant. They were a little bit unconcerned, unexperienced and were unable to give us and the other small company guest the same service and attention as they gave the large company who had a conference in the hotel during our stay.
Fantastic location and a fantastic room. Lovely spa with sauna, fire place and outdoor heated pools :-)The interior is almost made to perfection. It´s luxorious, cohesive and has a very cozy atmosphere. The staff at the reception, the bar and the staff running the shuttle service to skilifts or to other locations of you choice were very serviceminded and gave us an excellent experience. The owner showed up regularly and was very kind and welcoming.

DenmarkIt takes 5 to 10 minutes by car to get to the slopes. However, the hotel has drivers who brings you there and pick you up, whenever needed.
Fantastic place to stay in the Cervinia area. The hotel is a family owned hotel with a cozy atmosphere, a tasty decoration, a high service level and fantastic food - both breakfast and dinner. A lot of the food is home made and prepared with local and seasonal ingredients. The spa area is an unique place to rest after a long day in the mountains. It is a very peaceful place with no noice from outside facilities or roads. The host family is very kind and make you feel at home at their beautiful hotel.

United StatesWhere do I start. The “mountain view” was dominated by an electric transmission tower about 50 feet from the building. There was no heating as advertised. The tv had one channel. The staff was rude and completely uninterested in providing any service. The breakfast was awful - there were only three couples in the whole lodge, and yet you had to beg to get a coffee. By far the worst stay/ hotel I have ever experienced. The entry to the hotel is broken, deteriorated pavement, looking entirely unattractive. The faucet in bathroom leaked constantly.
Very little. The room itself was ok at best.
