Good location, great breakfast, free parking but if hotel is full there aren't enought free parkings.

That the spa isn't included in the price and it is too expensive.

Excellent, comfortble hotel within easy reach of the historic centre. Easily accessible from the motorway, and easy to park. Always friendly, professional and very comfortable. Highly recommended

Huge modern room in the annex / spa building. Quiet, high ceilings, great shower. Good parking for our large vehicle.

Disappointing not to have teaspoons, only stirrers and a couple of glasses would have been nice.

I don't like the breakfast very much because it was quite poor

The gym; looked like a large place on the photos, but it is tiny and the weight machines are useless.

This was not the first time we stayed here while visiting Arena di Verona festival. The reason is that we were earlier and also now perfectly satisfied with everything. We keep this custom for the future for sure. Nice staff, perfect breakfast, convenient room and cleanliness everywhere

Everything is perfect. The room ,the facilities ,the parking is free, the location is very near to the city center, the staff is very hospital, .

I asked if they catered for gluten free diet, I was told yes they had a GF corner. Went for breakfast couldn’t see anything, I asked waitress, she went to cupboard and gave me packets of biscuits n one bread. Didn’t ask what I preferred , and had to ask again next day. A bit disappointing especially as I had asked before we arrived.

I stayed in a triple room which was a great size. Lots of space. The hotel was on a bus route into Verona, to and from the train station and to and from lake garda which was very useful. Staff at the front desk were helpful and answered any questions I had. The room was clean with plenty of towels. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of foods on offer. Lidl supermarket was within walking distance and there was an excellent pub across the road with great vibes and good food.

Very modern and clean hotel! Very welcoming and beautiful reception, and lounge. The remodelations are really well done

The room was a great size and very spacious for a family of 4. Breakfast was pleasant enough. It was good to have a car park available, as we had a hire care (additional charges apply). Walkable to the centre of Verona (around 30 mins) with enough shade en route.

Where was the shower curtain? It was very difficult to have a proper shower without soaking the bathroom floor, due to the lack of a shower curtain.
