Noisy when other guests are above you. (Recommendation: to insulate the ceiling better in future.)

Price quality ratio room is fine. Center and the trainstation of Lucca can be reached in half an hour on foot. Parking and security code that you will receive in advance gives a safe feeling. Good contact with the owner.

Apartment was very clean and perfect location for our visit to lucca and Pisa. The apartment has no lounge area . The kitchen was very well equipped but the kettle tripped the electricity so we used a pan . Garden lovely at the end of a day walking . Secure parking a plus. . Thankyou

Very nice accommodation with hassle free parking behind the gate. Convenient checkin by code. The apartment is nicely furnished , it has everything you need , comfortable bed. Convenient location both to the center and for going to Pisa airport. I can only recommend!

Very nice, spacious and clean apartment. Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. I loved coffee machine the Lavazza coffee was fabulous. We like location . It’s perfect place from where you can go to visit Pisa, Cinque tierre etc. Property has free car park. It’s easy to get to Lucca ( not even5 min drive)where you can park your car just outside the Lucca’s city walls and then enjoying walk. Definitely I will recommend Verderame Rooms.

Critical note; In the evening and morning quite some traffic comes by, which you can hear... The one or other person could find this irritating / annoying.

Easy access, good parking, spacious room, spacious bathroom, clean and fresh, nice modern look. Nice tv. Good amount of water out of the shower. Coffee and tea facilities. Option to sit outside in the garden. In less than 10 min. to Lucca by car.

Great location if you’re travelling with a car, very close to motorway. Nice property, onsite parking,very clean, a bit of a fiddle with codes to open gate, main door and room door, but we managed, with some help through WhatsApp with Michele who was very responsive.? There’s a table and chairs outside in the garden. We drove to Lucca proper for a visit and dinner, big parking lot, easy.

Room a bit small for 3 people . An extra bed for the child was practically on the ground , but for 1 night it was not a problem for us.

The only real issue we had was how we could hear so much noise from other rooms. Whoever was below us was very noisy until probably 2am. They were loud- but even when they weren’t you could pretty much hear what they were talking about.

We really liked the fact that Michele send us a text before we arrived to make it easy for us to find the property and enter the room. The room was amazing and we had a really pleasant stay! Definitely coming back!

It was clean, neat, and the breakfast was great. The location is easy to reach and to find. It locates right after we left the highway. From there, it's about 10 min drive to Lucca. The online check-in was done by the owner, thus no extra checkin was needed. check-in time was flexible, until midnight. Properties access via passwords. No need to worry about losing keys. Free parking right within the property. Love the place and the friendly and responsive owner.
