United StatesAC is so bad even after I had asked the front desk to check, and they said they will sent maintenance staff to check it out once we leave the room. We came back 8 hours later and it felt the same with so little air conditioning....it was bad experience regards to AC especially the public hallway & lobby are much cooler than our room even it shows at 17C...
Size of the room is pretty big & clean.

KazakhstanI was positively surprised by the room quality and services at the hotel. Yes, it is located in the China Town, but it is very close, at a walking distance to the city centre and major touristic attractions. Personally, I expected worse location and shabby quality. But, in the reality, it turned out to be a very decent hotel with all needed amenities. Even the underground private car parking beat my expectations. Very convenient and at a reasonable price. As for me, this is a good value for your money.

UkraineThe appernt lack of communication between reseption and facility management was unfortunat. We were informed that the gym is available upon arrival. However upon first light, it was evident that the gym was out of order as it was posted on it's door. In our bedroom there was white dust, which stained our clothes.
The warm welcome, nice bar and restaurant. We most enjoyed the swiftness and charisma of the bar and restaurant staff.

IsraelThere was a strong smell of smoke in my room all night, perhaps from outside the building, from somewhere across the street. The room did not have a bathtub and I was looking forward to a hot bath after a day of walking for hours around Milano.
Room was well appointed and spacious. The location was at least a forty minute walk to Duomo de Milano. The Hotel is located in the heart of China Town which means that the noise and smells are quite "distinct". Breakfast was lovely, good choice of local dishes alongside many popular condiments and food items.

Very professional and helpful staff. Large room, great shower and comfortable bed. We appreciated the parking underneath the hotel and dogs are allowed. We wanted to visit China Town and this was the best location.
