AC is so bad even after I had asked the front desk to check, and they said they will sent maintenance staff to check it out once we leave the room. We came back 8 hours later and it felt the same with so little air conditioning....it was bad experience regards to AC especially the public hallway & lobby are much cooler than our room even it shows at 17C...

Although Milan was exceptionally hot during my stay, the room's air conditioning struggled to keep the temperature down.

A very nice hotel, 7 minutes walk from the metro at Monumentale. Pleasant staff. Good breakfast, replenished regularly. Decent on-site restaurant

Veeeery old building. The cleaning ladies did their best but there were some things not alright The bathroom was indeed not what I expected from a 4 star hotel Moist damage all over the ceiling, the silikone went off and some mold in the shower. Could need a renovation

Location was great. A lot of things in a short destination. Room was very big. A lot of space for us. Even got a free upgrade The people who worked there were very nice and the breakfaar was alright for its price.

My comments were that they only gave water in the room on the first day and I stayed for five nights and they didn't change the bed linen after two or three days.

Slippery floor on shower, shower not good design, no door, Water goes out onto bathroom floor making wet bath mat and some towels.

Breakfast could have been better. Keep in mind that the hotel is located in Chinatown.

Clean and quite comfortable room. The apartment is about half an hour from the main attractions in Milan, but there are plenty of public transportation options.

Staff great, prompt and helpful. Room very comfortable. All amenities present. Easy to get to with public transport from Milano Centrale; and to travel into the heart of Milan as well.

needed a little updating. USB plugs etc and useful if you could stream from phone to TV to watch films as only local films and unable to log into apps.

Dirty carpet and sofa in the room. Not the amenities you expect in a 4 star hotel (they didn’t even have slippers or a bathrobe) also the shower was not working properly. Finally the stuff has communication problems and not very helpful.

I was positively surprised by the room quality and services at the hotel. Yes, it is located in the China Town, but it is very close, at a walking distance to the city centre and major touristic attractions. Personally, I expected worse location and shabby quality. But, in the reality, it turned out to be a very decent hotel with all needed amenities. Even the underground private car parking beat my expectations. Very convenient and at a reasonable price. As for me, this is a good value for your money.

The appernt lack of communication between reseption and facility management was unfortunat. We were informed that the gym is available upon arrival. However upon first light, it was evident that the gym was out of order as it was posted on it's door. In our bedroom there was white dust, which stained our clothes.

The warm welcome, nice bar and restaurant. We most enjoyed the swiftness and charisma of the bar and restaurant staff.

There was a strong smell of smoke in my room all night, perhaps from outside the building, from somewhere across the street. The room did not have a bathtub and I was looking forward to a hot bath after a day of walking for hours around Milano.

Room was well appointed and spacious. The location was at least a forty minute walk to Duomo de Milano. The Hotel is located in the heart of China Town which means that the noise and smells are quite "distinct". Breakfast was lovely, good choice of local dishes alongside many popular condiments and food items.

The street was busy and quite noisy until late at night

Very professional and helpful staff. Large room, great shower and comfortable bed. We appreciated the parking underneath the hotel and dogs are allowed. We wanted to visit China Town and this was the best location.
