Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FinlandVery decent place, i have paid many times more for much worse places. Always nice staff, perfect location for travellers. I think one of the best price-quality ratios in rome. If you get a place like this with own bathroom, this near termini, with this money, there are absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

SwedenIt was dirty bed sheets and also the pillow was yellow from all of the sweat of other people. The bath room didn’t have a shower curtain so water got all over the floor and also the bathtub that I was forced to shower in had ”permanent” dirt on it. The tv channels we don’t even have to talk about since they where just filled with bingo or auctions.
I liked that it had very nice customer service and extremely nice reception. It was also in a very good area with the best ice cream 100m away and also the best pizza just 2 rights out from the hotel.

United KingdomThe A/C didn't work, only 8 channels worked on the TV no shower head bracket on the wall I had to hold the shower head in 1 hand while wash with the other. Then I changed rooms where the A/C worked but there was no TV and the toilet small flush didn't work, plus the seat was off the hinges (needs fixing). I think the hotel owner should invest some money in his rooms or sell the whole lot. In 3 rooms there were no TVs and another 3 rooms where the A/C didn't work, and everyone needs A/C in 35° of heat (June 25) Spend some money on rectifying these problems otherwise customers won't return.
The very nice Romanian girl who speaks at least 3 different languages (inc English) was extremely helpful in every way, there is a lift, and it is situated in a quiet area.

Hotel Lella is bare-bones, good for budget travellers who are used to roughing it at hostels and can do without a lot of amenities. Very good location for those arriving in Rome for the first time because it's just a 10 minute walk from Termini train station. The staff are very helpful and kind - molto simpatico.

AustraliaThe shower needs a proper curtain on it to stop water spillage. The toilet needs to be fixed so it actually flushes properly and then stops flushing.
The staff were great. This hotel was the most value for money in all of Rome. I liked it so much that I spent a month there. Rome is fantastic. The air conditioning was great during a very hot summer. The bed was nice enough.
