The guesthouse is in a beautiful and quiet location. Parking space is available. The apartment has the necessary equipment. Our stay met our expectations.

Location is easy to find, host is very polite and friendly. Apartment is clean, very nice design with everything you need. There is also a storage for skis and boots. I recommend this place!

This was not the first time we were staying here, but it was the first time there was no breakfast so you have to make it yourself. The stove is a little weak so it is a little time consuming but all in all that is the only negative for us.

Staff are friendly, everything is clean, and it was nice and warm.

As there were no elevators, we had to carry our suitcases up 3 levels but luckily there is an outdoor staircase which was a shortcut and only had one flight of stairs straight to our room.

Very cosy stay in the Dolomites, location is quite central to all the major tourist attractions (within 1-2 hours drive). We had the highest floor and had skylight windows in the bathroom and kitchen. The place is run by a family who built it from scratch and it has a really cosy cottage vibe surrounded by the tall trees in the middle of the forest up in the mountain. For breakfast they would cook the eggs to your liking and make you fresh hot chocolate, along with breads/jams/cereals/yoghurt etc. Outside our room we can see fruit trees like apple and blackberries. Would stay here again if we ever return to the Dolomites!

Located up on a hillside, in a very quiet location. Traditional architecture and interior design. It is also a farmhouse and they serve breakfast with local eggs.

All these sauna swimming pool etc comes at an extra cost. The lady at the reception was a bit cold and I felt she couldn’t really speak English. The extractor in the bathroom is making the noise of a tractor every time your turn on the light

It’s a family run chalet with a cozy atmosphere. Very tasty , home made breakfast, cakes and amazing coffee. Everybody was very helpful and accommodating. The place is in a quiet , remote location which suited us perfectly, with a Brunico town just 15min drive away.

The hosts served a delectable breakfast, complete with fresh eggs, warm bread, and farm-fresh milk - every detail was impeccable. The room was spacious and comfortable, featuring a charming balcony. The sauna was a perfect way to unwind after a day of hiking. This place offers tranquility and seclusion, exactly what we were seeking. Without a doubt, we'll be returning.

Very calm and breathtaking location. The owners and staff were very kind and helpful. Our room was perfect, everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfest was really great and contains homemade farm products (eggs, homemade butter, great jams, cheese). It was a really pleasant time and I hope we will come back here!

The accommodation was beautiful. House in a very quiet place. Homemade products for breakfast were perfect, yogurt, butter, cheese, sweet pastries. In the room all the necessary equipment, towels, sheets, well equipped kitchen, large fridge.

The farm is above the valley. When there is a lot of snow, the way up can be quite challenging. You definitely can't do without snow chains. That wasn't our case.

We had a great time. We really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh ingredients such as homemade bread, eggs or speck. The facilities such as the ski room, sauna or the entertainment room with ping pong are also great.

the WIFI was intermittent in my room and hence need to go down to the reception/dining area for more important usage, such as booking of room, and tickets. Also, the single-vehicle road to the place can be quite daunting.

Breakfast was great, especially the hot 'egg-to-order' prepared upon your request. The owner also brew a hot pot of coffee and a flask of warm milk for my breakfast, which I tend to spend about 2 hours, typing away, booking new place, and internetting
