The room was very spacious. Amazing location. Helpful staff.

Pretty room, comfortable bed, good instructions for self-checkin, fridge, aircon (when we found it), central location.

Noisy square outside with restaurant terraces open late, a little bit low water pressure and warm water slow to come but not a big fault.

Modern and stylish apartment, very clean and well equiped. Friendly and responsive service. Perfect location, main city centre.

Great apartment located in a Piazza with restaurants in about one minute from the lake. The host was warm and friendly, and everything was great!

location is wonderful and i loved the way we had a little fridge, brilliant aircon and were gifted a delicious bottle of wine. Decor is inventive and stylish. We were opposite a big art gallery and above some lovely restaurants - but it wasn't noisy.

I thought i was booking into a hotel but this is actually a couple of rooms managed (very well) by one person. I'd hoped to get a chance to hear and speak some Italian. That said if i'd been looking for self-contained accommodation (without cooking facilities) then this was brilliant.

Location was in the center of town where all the restaurants are. We liked the atrium area which was large enough for our entire group to gather in the evening.

Lecco is as charming as Como just smaller and not as touristy, so not as expensive either. This property is in the center of where you want to be and very nice. Ramona as a host gets 11 out of 10. Two minutes after booking I received a welcome and personalized Whatsapp message with all I needed to know. Every question was answered promptly and thoroughly even with maps and diagrams. Intereting view of the lake until the archway of the building across the piazza and of the mountains above the normal way.

Very good location, close to the lake and to the train station. Good contact with the staff. Lovely room.

There was an issue with the hot water in the bathroom one day but the staff helped quickly to resolve it.

As perfect as could be. Owner was very pleasant and helpful with communications. Place is a very romantic and cute studio. The location is perfect, in the center of the city. You get a peek-a-boo view of the lake across the street.

The bed was uncomfortable with the bottom sheet not well fitting so kept coming off during the night which I am sure has happened to others which meant I was sleeping on a shared surface. It was impossible to retain the shower water in the shower cubicle. The self check in was inaccurate. The lift didn’t make it to the level of the apartment which makes it difficult with a large case which we would have avoided if we knew.

Convenient Location and nice area of the town. Clean and cozy room.

Noise level coming from many outdoor restaurants and bars that are located right in front of the property windows. The night life goes on till 3 am. Closing windows helps but there is no AC so you have to choose between noise or hot room
