Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United Arab EmiratesAccess in and out, although easy, requires to "disturb" the owner to open the gates and the door and somehow is a bit annoying especially if you feel like going out late at night. ( although the owner is very pleasant and says this is no trouble at all). Little disappointed that the breakfast did not have a more extensive selection of cold cuts, but then again, this is not a hotel
Practical location, very clean and professional welcome. A great alternative to a hotel stay and will definitely go back if I pass by Bologna, despite being close to airport, supremely quiet environment

DenmarkI found nothing I did not like. Would have been nice if I knew that dinner was not available, but plenty of opportunities nearby. Maybe it was right in front of me during my reservation, but I was in a hurry..... Not really that important..
I left very early, so I did not try the breakfast. Staff7owner was very helpful. He took the time to come to my room to let me know the interior light on my rental car was on. Thank you very much. Nice and cosy rooms and as an ex motorcycle racer I really enjoyed the Ducati in the reception as well as the posters of Ducati Race bikes. As there is no evening restaurant at the Le Tuie, I was happy to learn that they had recommendations for several restaurants.
