The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly. The hotel had a list with restaurant recommendations in the area. Good restaurant in walking distance. Free private parking in front of the accommodation. Mosquito nets in front of the windows.

It was close to the lake. The apartment was pretty well stocked, though more suited to a long stay I think than a single night. Our daughter loved the loft sleeping space.

I think this is set up for longer term stays. The entire complex is fairly old, and looks like it could use a bit of care. It had a kitchen, but there was no detergent or dishwashing equipment. Maybe if you are staying for a week you could be expeced to buy that stuff, but it's silly to have to buy that for a single night. The beds were pretty hard.

The location is great, very close to the lake, near to a cafe, a great restaurant and a swimming pool. The hotel pool was great, nice gardens. I enjoyed a boat trip to the island.

It reminded me of a kids summer camp, very utilitarian, no frills. You need a car to stay here.

The staying doesn't include cleaning service I didn't see it when I ordered and I was not able to wash the dishes since they didn't provide scotch

Nice villaggio-vacanze, right close to the lake. The apartment was perfect for a family, spacious for a couple. Inside pool nice but small. Discounted access to their bigger pool nearby.

nice view on the lake for breakfast; staff very friendly and helpfull. Mind that Tennis is 10euros extra each time you play and swim cap compulsory in the pool.

Cleaning staff and cleaning of the hotel room not always optimal. But managing staff very responsive, customer friendly and helpful.

    Free pool near the room

The number is definitely not adapted for a family of 4 people, there is very little space. Do not expect to cook comfortably, the most elementary tools are missing, and the dishwashing detergent and sponge will have to be bought by yourself. in the room, food had to be hidden, as it was attacked by ants. the terrace was dirty. This place is worth a maximum of 2 stars. Photos do not correspond to reality.

I recently stayed at Hotel Tre Isole, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in a hotel. We booked a superior room for $115, expecting a comfortable stay, but it was anything but that. First, there was NO AIR CONDITIONING in our bedroom, despite the sweltering 38°C heat outside. When we reported this to the staff, they did nothing to fix the issue. The manager didn't even bother to come out and speak to us, leaving us feeling completely ignored and disrespected. They offered us an alternative room, but it was in terrible condition—old and rundown. We couldn't believe they expected us to accept such poor accommodations after what we paid. We ended up sleeping in our friend's room because our own was unbearable. To make matters worse, it became clear that the hotel knew about this AC issue beforehand but simply didn't care enough to address it or inform us before our arrival. The lack of customer service and the disregard for guests' comfort were appalling. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They are unprofessional and do not value their guests. Book elsewhere! Note: adding a picture of our bedroom ceiling...

Near the Trasimeno Lake - very nice.

In the pool You had to have a swimming cap. You could buy it at the reception but it was quite unusual.

Nice location, with a pool on site and another just down the road. There was a charging station on site for our electric car. The staff was exceptionally friendly and nice. I also liked the towels. The bathroom had a butt hose which was great.

The air conditioning was weak and there was no wifi in the rooms. Also, there were no refrigerators in the rooms, which was inconvenient.

The staff was extremely kind, helpful and efficient. For the price I paid, I can't really complain: the room had a huge balcony (and scenery), efficient AC and insulation, good tents blocking the sun in the morning. A fridge, ample drawers, and wardrobes were available. Breakfast was great, abundant and with generous opening hours. The area is just insane. In the middle of the nature, super silent and quiet. And mind-boggling lake view.

The bathrooms - at least the one that I had - did not have a bidet. Probably doesn't matter to a non-Italian though. Thankfully, a mini-showerhead is available as a replacement. Wi-Fi quality was kind of meh. Overall the hotel feels a little dated in its furniture.
