As mentioned, there is no 24h reception despite being stated in their Booking profile.

The room was very tidy and comfortable. There was a small fridge with courtesy water bottles as well as a coffee machine, both of which were very convenient. Shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and other commodities were also provided! The location is very close to Il Duomo and Via Torino. We were able to leave our suitcase after check-out so we could enjoy the rest of the morning before leaving the city - it is important to ask about this at the moment of check-in as there is no 24h reception.

This is a small clean room in a residencial building that seems converted for rooms. It will work so long as you don’t plan on spending much time in the room. Walls are thin. Open shower. No place to sit except the bed. If you just need a crash pad it will work fine.

The room, although very small, was very clean and comfortable. The toilet and shower were separate. Also, the shower did not have a cover, so anyone sitting outside could see you. The girl at the reception was very nice and helpful. They offered us free water and coffee in the room. The location was excellent if you want to stay in the center.

The entrance looked a bit shabby but I think they were doing it up so that may have changed. the courtyard is quite grubby - not a nice view from the window

Like some other guests, we found the main entrance a bit difficult to locate and had to call the property several times for assistance. In the morning, we encountered an issue with unlocking the safe, which was stressful as we were in a hurry to check out and our passports were inside. Unfortunately, there was no one at reception to assist us, and it appears that staff are not available 24/7. After multiple calls to the property, we eventually managed to open the safe ourselves. With no clear checkout instructions and no one present at reception, we left the keys on the desk.

- The hotel was quite hard to find (luckily we didn’t arrive at night when it was dark) - We had a late flight the day we checked out so spoke to the receptionist when we checked in to ask if we could leave our bags. We were told this wouldn’t be an issue but when we came to check out there was nobody on the desk, the phone number just rang out, and nobody replied to my emails. We had to spend an extra 25 euros to leave our bags in a locker around 15 minutes away from the hotel.

Building works outside starting at 8.30 am (beware) and parking extortionate in Milan, but neither of these the fault of the hotel. (Massive/lovely) rainfall shower needs a scrub/limescaling as water spurting in all directions. Also beware of the wooden bed corners ... ouchy shins!! But overall a fab stay. :-)

Excellent location, comfortable room, provided ample bottled water for us, great air conditioning. Leo was a very good host showing us around on arrival, cleaners were very nice and friendly too. Excellent restaurant directly below the property!

Renovations still underway in the property. No property signs- more like a studio.. Shower is a glass enclosed area in the bedroom.

The contact with property before was poor tried to contact them about check in time, can we leave bags etc and no response. When we got into the city I called and he was friendly and said yeah head over and press the buzzer. The lady was very friendly gave us some water and showed us to our room and explained keys as there’s one big communal door before you head In

They need to check that everything is working. Floor drain in the shower was plugged with hair. TV said no signal I cleaned the drain. TV no problem did not come to watch TV anyway.

No place to lay bags except on floor. Dark where we laid our bags so it was hard to rummage through contents to find something. No real space to write, like a desk. I slipped and hurt my foot on the stairs so my husband had to bring in food for 24 hours. No place to put food and eat except bed. Uncomfortable.

Told reception would be manned 24 hours. Did not see anyone from 5:00 PM until departure after 10:00 AM. Steps from bedroom to shower and bath not the safest for guests our age. No appropriate desk space to work on laptop. Limited cupboard space - did not unpack as only one night.

Difficult to find breakfast in early morning. Location very central. Restaurant beneath was excellent. Very close to financial district and expensive art retail which was not our focus. Lucky taxi driver on arrival gave us smart advice on catching a train from an alternative rail station to arrive comfortable at main international Milan airport over 100 km from city.

There’s was no one to check us in, the intercom wasn’t working so we had to call someone to buzz us in. The internal door was not working so we were locked out, we again had to call someone to be let in but we were woken by someone trying to get into said internal door, lots of banging and the door then being smashed in in the middle of the night.There is a lot of noise, bins being taken out at 6am, people outside talking until early hours

The rooms are a tiny bit small for two people with luggage and we had some initial trouble getting into the hotel (which may be due to jet lag!)

The location of this hotel is super easy access to many of the sites we wanted to visit in Milan as well as public transit. The staff was friendly and helpful, the property was clean and bright, and we felt very safe here.
