How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

We had an absolutely perfect first night in Puglia. The suite was amazing, clean, stylish, and with a wonderfully comfortable bed. The rooftop terrace with hot tub was the highlight, such a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the evening. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

This was the most beautiful apartment to stay in. It was modern, clean, had amazing ammenities, easy process with the host and right in the city centre. I was beyond impressed with my stay and will 100% be back!

Entrance / elevator of the general building very old
We stayed for one night and it was absolutely perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and flexible — they even let us check in earlier than expected, which we really appreciated. The location is ideal, right in the heart of the city, with great shops and delicious food just a short walk away. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the bed was super comfortable. We especially loved the thoughtful lighting system and how clean everything was. A truly relaxing and enjoyable stay — we’d definitely come back!

Need something to blind the glass door at the toilet. Need more privacy. It will be nicer if I can see the host. Limited info about the place if you are from some other land.

The air conditioner did not work efficiently enough. Room did not cool down enough.

The toilet paper needs a major upgrade and given how wonderful the room was, the floating bedside tables were broken and askew. At this level, that should not be the case. Check out time was at 11 AM, but the maid was there waiting, with our door open, when we came back to get our luggage at 10:30 AM.
A very chic, boutique-style suite, located on a pedestrian street convenient to shopping. Just a note: that it’s not the easiest place to transfer your luggage to and from your car to the door of the building. Had nice amenities like bathrobes, pleasant soap etc but this maybe silly to say, they could use a major upgrade to their toilet paper. They gave you a 6 euro per person credit for breakfast at a local café with limited options for breakfast offerings beyond coffee and pastries. Booking.com should state this on their site Would definitely stay here again.

It indicates breakfast is included, however you are only provided with a €6 voucher for a local cafe. Only enough for a coffee and 1/2 a pastry. A bit deceiving

Fantastic location in the pedestrian zone of Bari, near shops, restaurants, and the lungomare. Incredible view from the terrace. The big tub and the sauna were amazingly relaxing after our long travels. Would happily stay here again!

The air conditioner in the room was inefficient and took till the morning to get the room down to a moderate temperature. Lift to the top floor could have been designed larger, as 2 people and a suitcase were a squeeze, especially when you had to turn around to exit the lift.
Apartment looked and felt new and fresh, good comfortable bed, 7th top floor made the outside noise to a minimum. Walk in shower with good water pressure.

We stayed for 4 nights on this location and it was great. The location is extraordinary, in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is only 3 minutes walking away from the old city and the sea. The beds are comfortable, we had cleaning service every day and the bathroom is quite amazing. We choose to communicate with our host by whatsapp and it was all ok.
