I'm not sure it could be done in another or better way, but getting in for the first time was a bit daunting. Once we'd got in for the first time, the use of the different keys was easy.

We needed to be in this part of Rome for a particular event, which was why we chose this guesthouse. We couldn't have done better. It was very comfortable, and the staff are lovely.

Breakfast is in the room in a box - cookies, cupcakes, etc. - it was a bit strange for me :) Please do not put towels together, but leave them where the customer left them if they are not changed every day. It wasn't nice to realize I couldn't find my towel, especially when my roommate wasn't my family

On our first two nights, we heard people coming in later at night, but that did not happen on our second visit, so it depends who is staying. You will need the AC on to prevent the hallway noise. Breakfast is quite basic(cereal, milk, juice, coffee and packaged pastries) but was a good way to start the day.

Excellent location, walking distance to the Colosseum and the train station but far from the tourist crowds. Lots of little restaurants and grocery stores nearby and a block to a Metro station. The rooms were small but very clean and comfortable. Although we did not use the terrace much, it is a nice feature in warm weather. Romano and his daughter were very helpful, especially on the day of the transportation strike.

The owner was so pleasant and friendly, the location was great, close to metro and bus to get to the Trevi Fountain is about 15 minutes away by bus, the Colosseum is about a 10 minute walk, and 20 minutes from Termini Train Station. The breakfast was simple but we appreciated having that and the coffee & drinks. The bed was so comfy and I slept great! Beautiful Terrace outside too, open to all guests.

The owner stood us up by not leaving the keys in lock box even though payment was made. Had to wait for 35-40 minutes with 5 suitcases and family on street.

The room is very small for two adults and two children (the extra beds are very small). The shower cabin is so small that it is difficult for you to move to take the shower gel. Breakfast a bad joke, just packaged sweets that you don't even have anywhere to eat if it rains because there is only an outside terrace. Our room was right next to the front door and next to the "reception", very noisy. At the price paid on night, I did not expect these conditions.

Breakfast options were very limited. Everything was sweet. Shower head had to be held whilst using and water was stone cold on first night. Booked a twin room and was given a double. Managed to divide the bed in two on the first night and made do with the bedding provided. Host updated the bedclothes on the second day after cleaning which was appreciated.

Location was good, with good transport links (trains, metro and buses). 20 minutes walk from the Collessium.

The shower is a little small

It’s a good deal for the price, 10 minute walk to the Colosseum and so many other things around there to see many little restaurants to eat at plenty of gelato close by !!

The view from our room was amazing. I loved the balcony that led into the terrace. We had breakfast that they provided there in there morning it was beautiful. Everything was organized and clean. The tv worked they had lights in all the right places. The staff was amazing. Helped us get to the colosseum and helped us go to this cute restaurant for dinner. Close to the metro and trolly. And all the shops. Definitely will stay there again.

nothing bad

owner was awesome shared kitchen for breakfast but coupon for local place down the road . brought my in laws a cup of tea on arrival. great location 2 mins to metro balcony terrace area shared lovely lovely property. worth the money we stayed 2 days while bay pride was on and Andrea bochelli close to all amenities. would recommended in a heart beat.
