Everything was 1st class.

Michael was so helpful, right from the phone-call to ask when we would arrive to meeting us in the town square and giving us a parking pass, he was the most pleasant and eager to please b& b host we have experienced. The rooms were spotless and the bed had beautiful crisp white sheets. Breakfast was excellent with homemade cake and selection of local cold meats, cheese and yogurt. We had already booked tickets for the Bernina train but these were also available at the b& b. Michael advised us of best places to stop on the train journey and where to eat in Tirano. He even carried our case to the car and provided umbrellas when it rained. 100% recommend to anyone taking the train from Tirano.

Our hosts were so welcoming, friendly and so helpful. Accommodation was wonderful, clean and everything one needs (including 2 hairdryers :-) ) Breakfast was delicious and they couldn't do enough for us. So grateful & appreciative! Thank you for all the advise and a great stay. P.S. Step in passage needs some kind of illumination/glow in the dark strip as Marius tripped in the dark and fell and hurt his hip.

The family was very accomodating! Extremely hospitable and helped us with local suggestions. Their property was new, and clean, and worked great for us. Can't stop thinking about the freshly made pie for breakfast each day!

Nobody was at the premises when we arrived (check-in opens very late) so we had to spend a couple hours waiting around in town. However, they did attempt to contact us and apologised. They were a lovely family.

Family run place. Very friendly and helpful. Suggested hikes for us to do and arranged a taxi for us. Excellent breakfast.

I enjoyed very much the location, central in Tirano, in the historical part of the city. It's closer to shops and restaurants. The B&B seems to have been renovated recently. The rooms are nice, bright and clean. Claudio is an excellent host. He provided important information for my arrival, as well as a kind support to take me to the train station on the departure date due to the heavy rain on that day. He is preparing every day a nice breakfast, with local products. Of great value, his wife's home baked cakes! Delicious! For sure I'll stay again here next time I visit Tirano!

Nothing could be better.

We liked the service, the hotel and the location itself. The arrival itself was great. The owner of the hotel personally navigated us to the parking space. Although it was not far from the hotel, he arranged for the luggage to be transported even to the hotel door. The welcome was very warm. A very well-equipped room with a view of the mountains and the river, which acoustically created a great atmosphere. Very good breakfast with an offer of local yogurts. The owner, as a good local expert, provided very practical advice for our cycling trip. If we ever come back to Tirana again, we will definitely choose the same hotel - I'm sure there is simply no better place in the city.

Friendly hosts - professional and accommodating. The wife speaks English so check in / check out was seamless. Great continental breakfast. Clean rooms and overall facilities. Location is the best, a few minutes walk to great dining and attractions.

Lovely hotel in old part of town. Room very nice, clean and comfortable. Parking in a small, safe car park about 5 minutes walk from b and b. Michael, son of owners was vey friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking to him at breakfast. Convenient for station to catch Bernina Express, which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Noisy neighbours on first night but not the venue’s fault at all. Better sleep second night.

A really nice small B and B, very well positioned for catching the Bernina express train. Young Michael, owners’ son is a superstar and made us feel very welcome and happily chatted both days and gave good suggestions for dinner venues. Homemade tarts a real treat.

The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. They made us feel like home! Literally! That's a great spot to make a Bernina Express excursion, which was one of our goals. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast very tasty, in Italian style with local, natural products. The bresaola and cheese were excellent! The atmosphere of medieval Tirano is magnificent. We truly recommend this place! You'll not regret.

Summer nights can get hot in Tirano and we had to turn on the efficient fan for a good night's sleep, what we try to avoid if possible. Thanks for the fan!

All the good things earlier reviewers mentioned are actually true: the hosts are wonderfully kind and helpful, the delicious breakfast includes quality local products, (even a home-made pie in our case), the facilities are spotless clean and the superb location, right next to the mediaeval Poschiavena city gate is central and quiet. We had a wonderful time there, at the end of our journey on the Bernina railway.

We really enjoyed staying at this wonderful bed and breakfast! It is located in the scenic old town right by the river and is very quiet at night. The suite was extremely clean and had a lovely shower. The breakfast in the morning was superb and the sightseeing tips were very helpful. We would be very happy to stay here again!
