The villa was really great and modern. It is situated a bit outside of the centre, 10 min from the train station. It was really peaceful ! The personal was very nice.

Gym sitcom didn’t work but I suppose it got me better sweat lol.

Very modern and spacious. Not to many rooms so feels more exclusive. The pool was great and the rooms were comfertable. Breakfast was really good. Always left full. The hosts were very accommodating. Would def stay here again.

Perhaps the fact it is located up a hill isn’t ideal, however it’s very close to the centre of Como which we were pleased about.

The staff were lovely and very attentive. The facilities were excellent - we loved the pool and the sunbathing areas - very relaxing! The villa was very clean.

The facilities are brand new. The pool is just perfect and the breakfast wonderful. Andrea and the rest of the staff were always helpful and making our stay easy and unforgettable. Will be back for sure.

The location is something you have to keep in mind if you have mobility issues, but a can is always an option and you will get an amazing treatment in return.

This was the most fabulous wee hotel (9no. rooms) built about 3 years ago within walking distance of the town centre. As an Architect, the quality of design, materials used, workmanship and detailing was outstanding! The staff were polite and very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic! A lot of superlatives I know, but it really was that good!

Nothing everything was perfect we have already recommended to others .

Lovely stay in a quiet residential area. Staff were very helpful and pleasant. Breakfast continental style could be pre booked at a specific time. Room was spacious and clean the shower was amazing. A bonus that the french windows opened onto the pool area. Water and homemade biscuits were available in reception.

Great location. Very friendly staff, who explained everything about how to get to town centre and what to visit. They even lent us an umbrella, much appreciated! The breakfast is amazing! Would definitely stay here again ;)

Only thing is the stairs to get there you go up two flights of stairs if you walk from the train station.

My partner and I absolutely loved this villa! The staff are so lovely and accommodating. The room was kept so clean, breakfast was amazing and could walk straight out to the pool area from our room.

Really nice hotel! Rooms were a good size and comfortable! Breakfast was really nice and staff were super helpful! Our room was on the reception level and if people came back late and socialised in the seating area it did keep waking us up but apart from that it was lovely!

DIFFICULT PARKING ENTRACE

Nothing really. Access to the town centre was via quite a few steps. This didn’t bother us but it may affect anyone who has mobility problems.

Great location (within easy walking distance of the centre of Como). Quiet. High standard of accommodation, good facilities and very friendly, helpful staff. Convenient public transport (bus stop within 100m) to the main railway station which we used at the end of our stay.
