How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Brunella the host was the best aspect of our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed and gave us an amazing breakfast in the morning.

Door to hallway very thin, so you could hear every squeak of every door, especially the b&b entrance door. Our room 3 was also looking towards the main road in narrow street, every car that passed was very loud. Gave us hard time falling a sleep. No gluteen-free options at breakfast, partially our fault as well as we haven't mentioned that prior our arrival.
Very clean room and extremely friendly host Brunella. Beds were very comfortable, room 3 spacious and nice. Toilets/bathroom clean and tidy, good smell. Good coffee and scrambled eggs at breakfast. Very good value for money, I recommend it.

Hotel in a small village located about 1 hour from Bergamo airport. Large room, comfortable beds, airco, fridge with complimentary water, lots of free parking space. The host is just so lovely and friendly, very accommodating and she prepares you a great breakfast (fresh croissants, eggs, coffee, croque monsieur, ...) before heading the road again!

Maybe location? It depends of your purpose on the trip. For us it was just a quick layover to continue driving, so didn’t matter.
I felt like if my family was taking care of me. Brunella was awesome, she took care of us and went to the market for special bread for us gluten averse. Loved the simple yet homemade breakfast. The room was huge, very clean, very comfortable. Had everything you could possibly need. Even free bottles of water in the mini fridge.

The room furniture was just 4 beds, and a tiny table for just 2 people. There was a strange smell coming from outside, so we could not air the room.
The room is pretty basic, but we stayed only for 1 night, so no problem. We found a parking place in the street next to the house. The landlady was very nice, communicative, she spoke good English, and the breakfast she prepared was great! Thank you!

Excellent breakfast! Fresh bread from across the street, coffee, eggs,... Extraordinary host. Bot the daughter as the mother would set the world upside down to make sure you have everything you need. Highly recommended!

Room was perfectly clean and spacious and beds were comfortable. There was water, coffee, tea and snacks. Brunella is very nice and welcoming. Breakfast is delicious with a nice choice of hot beverages, juices, bread and biscuits. Great place for families! There is a nice pizzeria a couple of meters away if you want to have dinner in the area.

Parking is not provided on the premises, so that one has to find a space somewhere on the main street and carry all the luggage forth and back.
Fantastic room equipped with everything one can imagine. Brunella is a perfect host!!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay. On our way back home from vacation we actually wanted to stay there just one night but we loved the room and the location so much, that we added another night. The owner and her family are very nice and welcoming. The room is very spacious and clean. There was even a little private balcony. Upstairs there was another, larger terrace which is really beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing there. The breakfast was perfect as well. We would love to come back!

Everything was nice. I have no complaints. :-)
The stay at the Le rustiche foresteria im Dello was very pleasent for my family. The hostess Brunella was so kind and hospitable. Sve answered all our questions and requests. She made a perfect breakfast.The room and the bathroom were very nice and clean,, beds were comfortable, and in the room we had a fridge with free bottles od water and a large Tv. Our car was parked in the street, bellow the window, and the parking is free and safe. This little town Dello has an interesting fair im the middle of the week, and that was interesting. I recommend this place. We enjoyed our stay and would come again.

Brunella is so welcoming and motivated host. She tries her best. Price was super for this area. Perfect for overnight stay. In breakfast they tried their best to provide us with proper food. We enjoyed. Room was clean. Parking in convenience.
