There is nothing we could fault during our stay.

We had the perfect stay at this location. The apartment was ideally located in Bellagio. Most of the popular food and drink places are only a two minute walk away. It was very clean and well presented. The balcony is also perfect for a couple to sit out on and have a drink in the sun. The owner was also very helpful and went out of her way to make our stay as good as possible. We will definitely be back!

Apartment was a bit dated. Shower was small & the drain blocked. Needed some lighting at the front door at night when trying to enter the apartment.

We loved all the windows & light. We were able to let all the fresh air in. The location was very good w/ easy access to the corso & the main promenade.

Very convenient and central location! We were right outside the best gelato shop and only few hundred metres to the ferry terminal. Elisabetta gave us clear instructions on check in, parking, and recommendations for attractions and restaurants! The apartment was spacious and well equipped. She was very responsive and was an excellent host. We had a wonderful time in Bellagio! Would highly recommend this place to stay

The climb up 3 flights— we are in our seventies— but to be fair our host had told us about this. And she made sure we didn’t have to carry bags. Full marks to her!

Elisabetta was an amazing host and did all she could to make our stay comfortable— helping with bags up 3 floors, places to visit and eat etc. She responded very promptly on WA. We enjoyed Bellagio thanks to all her inputs.

We liked everything! Absolutely exceptional host and apartment and location!!! Elisabetta was so wonderful, she not only met us at the apartment but met us in the middle of street to help with luggage up the street and up to the 3 rd floor to the apartment! It was great help!😊

Arriving by ferry we had to drag our suitcases up the hill for a long stretch. Then carry them up two and a half floor up. Taxi not an option. You should clearly say that arriving by car is the right way to book this apartment. On the way out we booked a car and this was a breeze. The landlady should explore a porter option and offer it to the guests

Absolutely nothing.

The location is perfect. Located on the second floor with views of Lake Como from one side and the local church bell-tower from the other. The property is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location in the town is great. Walking distance to everything. The friendliness of the host Elisabetta is second to none. A laundromat, Pizzeria, Gelateria, Pasta shop and minimart are located either around the corner or just below the balcony. A short trip by boat located at the waterfront and you are at Menaggio and Varenna. Parking is provided at a cost, but reasonable. We loved it. Do yourself a favor and stay here. You will not regret it. We will be back!
